Worst experience I’ve had with customer service in a while. Paid $438 for a refurbished XBOX Series X. Got it and ever since then I’ve had nothing but issues.Got a broken controller with it, one of the buttons was not working as intended, drove out 30 Minutes again, chose a different controller which was also broken. Spoke to the guy on the phone who was getting an attitude about this endeavor and did not behave professional at all claiming “I don’t know dude it’s your money” and then laughs. No apologizing on behalf of the company, nothing. I’d get better service at McDonalds. And on top of this he claims that “refurbished” items are not supposed to work as intended which is ridiculous ? Refurbished items may have blemishes and what not but are supposed to work as intended. This makes me wonder about whether Xbox has been looked at by a proper professional and if I’ll be having trouble with it down the road, which is why I’m turning it back in and just buying a brand new one instead. Very disappointing experience, definitely not shopping at GameStop Rockwall again.

I just called them to buy ps5 they have 20 more min to close I was about to at least spent 600$ and the guy is like oh we are about to close my man you can’t stay open for at least extra 10 min to make 600$ i want the owner to see that

The guys in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable in the products they had. Not being a gamer, it was refreshing to have someone explain to me what I really needed, not just trying to sell me the most expensive items in the store.

Worst store in existence, terrible return policies. Everytime I go to gamestop it gets worse and worse, I refuse to purchase anything from them or use anymore of their terrible "services".

Taylor was amazing! I called 20 minutes before closing to see if they had a game in stock and he hurried and grabbed the only copy left and held it for me for the 3 minutes it took me to get there ! Thank you so much :)

My husband took my 2 sons to buy some games and the guy working there was rude and racism. He didn’t say anything when my husband came inside with my boys and when a white person walk inside he was asking him if he needed help. That’s not nice I don’t recommend going to this store.

I hate giving bad reviews but this location has just gone to complete crap since Shawn left. Today I walked into a very disorganized store which only had one person working on a Saturday. I had already purchased my order online and needed to just pick it up. The one person working seemed to be in no hurry at all while 4 of us waited in line as he had a full conversation going on as we waited, not specific to helping check the customer out and move on to the next. Then as I showed him my order number he asked me to move to the side and wait so he could check out the person behind me. My original thought was that him going to the back must be a process since he asked me to wait considering I was the next person in line. The customer he took care of behind me asked if he could have a bag and the employee said "yea, they are over there, just get you one." Wow! My jaw dropped as a witnessed this. Then he asked to see my number again and walked to the door, opened it, and handed me my purchase in 5 seconds. So what was the reason you checked the man out behind me first?? I am usually a very patient person but this was very strange. I wondered if it was a form of sexism as I was the only female in the place. The employee had super bright spray paint in his hair that looked like rainbows which to me, is inappropriate and unprofessional as well. PLEASE BRING SHAWN BACK! and the great job he did at keeping the store so nice and clean and his customer service was exceptional even when he was alone in the store on Saturdays.

CHAD (at the Rockwall store) is the Man.He has all the knowledge and willingness to help you make the best possible decisions for your gaming needs.He helped me when another store made a huge error on a major gaming purchase. He got it sorted out in little time and sent me home knowing I got the best service he could give. He went above and beyond his hourly pay for me.He deserves a raise and promotion!From now on, I will only shop there when he is at work.

Josh from this location was very professional and courteous to his clients. He was the only person in a full store of angry people still smiling! Props to him well done.
