We recently inspected a 2024 Brinkley Z 3610 at Fun Town RV Dallas. Bonner Lovern was the Salesperson and as we identified issues, he had a Technician address them promptly. The client was pleased and we look forward to our next inspection at Fun Town RV Dallas!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy an RV from Funtown. It takes 3 months to get into the service center and I guarantee your RV is going to break down at some point and you will need service.. On my most recent visit, they were supposed to fix my tongue jack. I went to pick it up and it worked, I drove 3 hours away to my resort and it stopped working. Called back and they couldn't get me in for 3 more months.

I have not purchased an RV yet, but I want to give a big shout out to Cody Mills. I walked in on a rainy day, threw all my requirements at him, and he responded by looking for the models that matched my needs. He conversed pleasantly, was not fazed by the rain, and answered all our questions with a smile. Thank you, Cody - you're doing a great job!

We just purchased our first travel trailer from Funtown RV. Everyone has openly communicated with us throughout the entire process. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Cody though, our salesman. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and he knew the exact camper to show us! He was completely honest with us throughout the whole process so there was not any surprises. They have ensured any and all small issue were worked through and corrected. We pre-planned a camping trip for the evening we were picking it up and they did everything in their power to get us set up and out the door. (Even knowing that required them to stay late). Also, being a family of 5, safety was our biggest thing and they made sure the trailer was 110% ready for the road. They walked us through everything and made sure we were educated on everything and troubleshooting. Cody even had us text him when we made it safely to our destination as it was our first time driving with a travel trailer. I will be recommending any family and friends to Funtown (especially Cody)! We will never use anyone else in the future! The whole team was been a pleasure to work with!

We are new to the RV World. Had an idea in mind of what we needed and went to Fun Town in Fate and worked with Corey Schexnayder. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us. We found the unit we wanted had our own financing and they were very easy to work with getting us what we needed for the credit union. When we picked up the RV they did a walk around with us showing us how to use everything and recommended we video it so we can always go back and reference. We had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them.

I will forever take my business here when it comes to shopping for camper and I recommend it to everyone I meet. Our sales person Micheal was awesome and he allowed us to look around and get an idea of what we wanted. He helped us find something in our price range with payments we are extremely happy with. He made us feel like family and treated us as so, it was like shopping with a best friend. They were patient with us and helped us with anything and everything we wanted on our camper. Me and husband are so excited to start our journey with our new camper and it’s all thanks to the amazing people at FunTown?

Went in on a whim and left with the RV of our dreams! Bonner was amazing and so patient with us RV newbies. He showed us everything we asked for and has been so helpful with all of my post-purchase questions and ignorance. We will definitely be going back to see him when we need an upgrade! Michael Wagner was our salesman. He did an excellent job. We had issues getting the RV we wanted from the mfg, but Michael was always there to advocate for us. Isaiah showed us what was what on the trailer & how it worked. He was awesome as well. Their finance guy, Brendon was also awesome. He was patient with us & explained all the paperwork.

Cody Mills might be the best sales person I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He’s a keen listener and took no time at all showing me the trailer that exactly suits my needs and lifestyle. He was upfront and honest about pricing, and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. He provided me with the info I needed to make the best choice, and I appreciate that type of no nonsense customer service. I’ll definitely be referring Cody to anyone who is in the market. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We looked and looked for a fifth wheel that would fit our needs and had about decided it wasn’t out there. Bonner was very patient with us and even got his sales manager to looking. He actually found exactly what we needed, but had never seen. They had it delivered there and got it cleaned up for us. The finance guy was very nice and super organized. The young guy that showed us how everything worked was SUPER knowledgeable and helpful. It was a super friendly, no pressure experience.

My experience with Corey Schexnayder was nothing but flawless! He made the entire interaction smooth for me and my family. He was very knowledgeable on everything, customer service was exceptional, very respectful and treated us like family. The absolute best experience I have had purchasing a new RV. We traded in our old 2 bedroom 42ft fifth wheel for a 3 bedroom 42ft fifth wheel. The staff was absolutely amazing. I told them the price range and payment I was comfortable with and I got approved the same day but they waited a couple more days to get us a better deal. Our payment was substantially lower than anticipated all because the staff truly take care of the customer first. No matter where I end up in the states, this dealership will have my business for life! Thank you so much to all of the staff there and a huge thank you to Michael Spiker, our sales rep, who made it all happen and went above and beyond!

This was by far the best buying experience we have encountered from toys, to cars, and service anywhere. Juan was our sales rep, very knowledgeable, personable, (I’m a straight to the point, sense of urgent buyer) and his service was unmatched. Jay in finance was great and quick. The star ? of the show though was Jimmy, most helpful caring person to help you settle up on your way out. He went above and beyond to make sure we were ready and safe before leaving. To the owner, you have a great team and it was a pleasure meeting you! He even helped me move our huge fifth wheel and drive my truck to make sure I was safe upon trade in. Thank you gentleman for everything. Highly recommend!!

Blake was our salesman. We could not have asked for a smoother purchase or experience. Never have we gone somewhere that we weren’t “hounded” or “pressured”. He showed us what we asked to see and what he thought may work for us. He never rushed us or became impatient. Blake answered all our questions and was very professional. We drove in from Louisiana, a six hour trip, and definitely do not regret it. We found what we wanted. Blake got us a great deal on the new camper and an even better deal on our trade in. We drove back to LA to get the trade in and returned 2 days later. All of our paperwork was ready, took us about 10 minutes to sign, did a walk through and we were done. I would HIGHLY recommend Blake, so worth the drive.

Blake and his team were great to work with. I made my purchase from out of state and they made sure everything went smoothly from deposit to walk through then holding it until I could come pick it up. Great experience!
