The work that they do at Excel is nothing short of a miracle. They gave my son and our family the tools we needed to work through his sensory issues. Since he started there 6 months ago, our lives have changed dramatically for the better. I will forever recommend Excel and Denise to anyone who might be seeking the assistance that we were. They are AMAZING!!!!!

My child has been a patient at Excel for years now and they are always so kind. She is starting to improve greatly thanks to the hard working therapist at Excel. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Wowwww is all I can say! My child's old speech therapist told me about this place, but after reading these reviews "I THINK NOT!!" It's already hard to trust someone with your child, but to do the therapy without the parent present is not ok. Then to hear about this girl Gloria in most post about how horrible she is, is just a little overwhelming. Seems to me GLORIA shouldn't be there! Then to slap someone else's child on the hand? SMH. Glad I decided to look at the reviews.

I highly recommend Denise and her team. My daughter went from failing school to graduating college with a Master's degree thanks in large part to Excel. I have also referred other families to their program and watched them help children become successful in a classroom setting. I consider Denise a miracle worker!

I had two of my girls receive service for sensory issue at Excel. The care and kindness they showed my family has always been top notch. I always recommend Excel for physical therapy and sensory processing concerns.

We have been going to excel pediatric therapy for the last 7 years and are so grateful to have found such a wonderful team for our special needs daughter. When we moved to a different area of DFW, almost 5 years ago, we toured and looked at many other sensory, integrated OT and PT places and realized very quickly that we would be making the drive to Rockwall two times a week so that she could continue to receive the same quality therapy she had been receiving. We have worked with three different therapist during our time there and everyone of them have been wonderful to work with. The front desk is great at communication and very professional. We actually are moving our speech therapy over to them in the next few months because their speech therapist offer support for AAC devices. If you are looking for sensory innervated therapies, and this place is definitely worth the drive.

My daughter went here for developmental delays from prematurity and school struggles. She’s made HUGE gains since attending therapy. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. Any friends who have a premie? Excel. Any friends who have a kid struggling with ADHD…Excel. Anyone with a kid on the spectrum? Excel. Best out there. Hands down.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! if zero stars was an option id pick that. I brought my son here for speech therapy with Gloria and they are so rude to both me and my child. My child has several times begged me to never go back because of how awful they were being to him. After years of neglect to both me and my child from these people I decided to listen to him and pulled him out. If you care about your child's physical and emotional wellness you will not that them here.

I highly recommend Excel Pediatric Therapy. My children have been seen there consistently for the last 19 years, since they opened. My son has complex medical needs and the therapists at Excel address his needs and help him maintain stability and gain function. My other 4 children have also been seen at Excel for many different therapies including speech, OT and PT. We have had great experiences with the multiple therapists and staff members we have encountered during our 19 years at Excel. The therapists and staff are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have recommended Excel to many other families over the years, and they too have had excellent experiences with the therapists and staff. Excel Pediatric Therapy has been invaluable to my children’s’ health, development and wellbeing.

My child is improving in the areas identified and the therapist has developed good rapport. She’s great at keeping me in the loop on what they are working on and how I can support at home. The office is responsive and very understanding when we have needed to reschedule. All around a good experience. Therapy itself gets 5 stars, but I’ve ding’d one star off for the waiting area. In between sessions it gets overwhelmingly loud and crowded as families are both arriving and leaving, with therapists coming out to deliver patients to their caretakers and take in patients starting their sessions. A larger waiting area or different area for drop off and pick up would be great.

2 words - life. changing.Denise and the other therapists at Excel completely changed our lives. Not only was the therapy, itself, effective and meaningful for my son, the time the staff took to educate us as a family really changed the way we understood and responded to his behaviors. Even now after finishing PT, Denise and her staff are responsive if we ever have questions, road blocks, or needs both at home or even just when we are seeking advice for accommodations at school. I cannot say enough about Excel.

We have 3 children that have had OT, PT, Speech and Feeding Therapies at Excel. We could not be happier with the different therapist and the thorough sessions our kids received. We have been a part of the Excel clientele (really family) for over 12 years.

Do not waste your time with them if your child speaks 2-3 languages. They will put you on the wait list and then they will deny you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Denise! My 4 yr old with SPD has made so much progress in such a short time (2 months)! Even our neighbor that we have regular play dates with has said he's a completely different kid from the beginning of summer to the end! We've done all the homework she's given us to help him as much as possible & we're so thankful we found Excel and all the services they offer!
