This place is a scam. They asked for payment to reserve appointment time. O one is here, I have been waiting an hour. Now the phone number is saying it has been disconnected. They are ghosting me and refusing to send back payment. Stay away from these dishonest/thieving people

Chad has repaired at least 4 cars for us. Service, and work is incredible. We drive over 50 miles each way to take our cars there and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Put my project car there initially in February to get painted and a body kit installed and was told it’ll be finished in 4-6 weeks. Nearly 5-6 MONTHS later they “finished” it. and that was only because they were closing down, so i came in and helped work on my own car after paying them $3,500. Ontop of that, my car wasn’t properly finished. They broke my driver door handle, broke my passenger mirror, broke my overdrive (and my transmission won’t even shift past 3rd anymore), and broke my radio (which costed me $600 to fix!!!). The owner chad was super helpful though. He made sure to help me to the best of his ability but the person who worked on my car just dropped out n left my car in pieces. My car is still pretty much incomplete, the interior is a nightmare of stuff incorrectly reinstalled (or just dangling), the body kit is okay, the wing was installed lazily, and my rear lip wasn’t even installed correctly!! There’s clips in the lip that are supposed to attach to the car but its not even attached(i could seriously push the lip down in a corner and it was entirely fall off). Im not sure if chad is the owner anymore but he was super helpful in the end so i give him that (and i didnt have to pay full price which was nice). I just wish my car wasn’t caught in the crossfire of a closing business. Super disappointed knowing I could’ve taken it anywhere else and paid less AND get my car properly done in a timely manner.

I'm very disappointed with Elite. I took my classic car to Elite for some body work and full paint job. I was given an approximate quote for the cost and a time frame of a few months for completion but they ended up charging me more than double the initial quote and it took them 3 years to finish the work. And they didn't even do all the work I told them to do. Come to find out that they prioritize their insurance claims work and they put on the back burner all the custom cash paying jobs. In addition, they got over spray under my vehicle on the chromed front suspension and frame which I have to scrub off. And to top it all off, they lost a lot of parts to the car which they charged me for disassembly. Though they did find most of the parts later, there are still missing parts that I had to buy myself out of my own pocket. The new manager there, Brian Lashley, is also unprofessional. He argued with me on the phone and cursed me with the F bomb and hung up on me. I will never do business with these guys again.

Just picked up my 80 Z28 Camaro. Had some rust removed and repaint and they did an awesome job at a fair price. Brian and his crew are great to deal with! Thanks guys!

I am extremely happy with the work done by Elite. Chad does amazing work at a great price. The attention to detail, no matter the size of the repair, is what sets them apart from all the other shops. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Elite for any future repairs.

I have been going to Elite for many years and they have always taken very good care of my vehicles. They have made working with the insurance company very easy. I highly recommend Chad and his team, they are perfectionist and it shows in their work.

Great place and owner is a good guy. The owner actually talked me out of getting some spots touched up that potentially could have been worse and cost me more money to make right. Honest dude! I'll be back if I ever need work done. Stuff in their shop at the time looked beautiful.

Went by here to get a grill for my jeep painted to match. They did an outstanding job. Great customer service, great price, and got it done quickly.

This auto body shop is the prime example of amazing customer service. They get your vehicle repaired quickly and correctly. If there's an issue with the repair, they don't try to say it wasn't from this or wasn't part of the repair, they just take care of it. By far the best body shop around. Will def be taking all our cars to them from now on.

We dropped our car off for an estimate on Friday around noon. Judy told us we would receive a call back which we didn't. We also didn't know they close on the weekends. So now we don't have a car to use and all of our car seats is in the car. Needless to say, we are now at a car rental place to rent a car so we could go to work. This is absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible. Update: the owner was willing to go in half with me on the car rental expense. I appreciate him trying to make things right.

The whole team at Elite are amazing. Excellent customer service, top notch paint & body work, very friendly and easy to work with. They worked with me the entire process of a custom paint job and did an outstanding job for exactly how much they said it would be. I highly recommend using them for any type of custom automotive work you need done.

This place is amazing. They took care of our damaged car making it look like new and even went beyond by updating the rental car company for us when the car was taking longer due to the insurance company. Highly recommend.
