Absolutely will not be going back. We were NEW customers who were quoted $160 max plus $10 to grind the nails over clipping them. We were charged over $250 without a phone call or explanation of charges beforehand. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to not explain your charges to NEW customers before doing it. Money-grubbing small business. Would not recommend.RESPONSE TO "GROOMER"It does not matter how long you have been in business when your reasoning is to repetitively mention how long you have done business in order to back up your money hungry shady business practices. You are obviously used to grooming in Rockwall and completely ignorant when it comes to those of us without money trees. It is absolutely BS customer service and honestly NO customer service to not explain your charges, or what all you charge for. It also does NOT back up the outrageous charges by you explaining what all needed to be done. When you are explaining you ALSO mention those "explanations" are EXTRA CHARGES! WHAT YOU DID IS NOT OK. PERIOD.

The staff is so friendly. Omg literally the best in town! We Took our golden doodle Milo to get groomed ! Let’s just say he looks like a show dog! They did an amazing job! He wont sit still so I can get a picture but he smells great and his hair cut is perfect!

I have two poodles which I have groomed once a month. They always come back perfect from the groomer. Dog gone pretty always does an excellent job.

More than twice the price of other local groomers. Our dog has had much better haircuts at much lower prices. Staff is also very condescending to customers. I’d recommend going elsewhere.It’s interesting that the owners incorrectly assume I’m on a budget. I just refuse to pay a premium for a subpar service. The owner also sent me a very unprofessional text message saying “we have nicer customers that tip well”. Not a business I choose to be associated with anymore.

????? Our Goldendoodle, Enzo, has been groomed here twice. They do an excellent job and he seems to like the attention he gets there. He looks so handsome!??? He also smells great.???

It is a privilege to give them money for a service. Just find somewhere else to go. Easier than no answer and a text response saying to do that anyway. Sure they do a good job but that is irrelevant if their is no job to do

After many years of bringing our dogs here, they decide they will no longer provide their service unless their customers schedule an appointment every 6-8 weeks. What a way to treat loyal customers. All the while their prices continue to go out the roof. Over $250 for 3 small dogs is outrageous. It previously cost around $120 for 2 dogs. Who are you to try telling someone when they have to schedule an appointment to continue receiving your services. Good luck if you decide to take your pets here.

Just had my Havanese babies done here for the first time. Monica is amazing and talented. She knows how to groom a long haired dog. My dogs haven’t looked this good since we moved here from Canada. Monica was very informative about the charges and knows how to pamper a pup. So glad I have a new groomer I can trust.
