When I work here the store manager will schedule you outside your availability and will put you in different departments with no training than what you were hire for. When you do work in the area you were hire for you get barely any training than the store complains about your training not being done even though you barely get any and constantly get out in other departments. Constantly change your schedule and always take you off the schedule. Would only work 1-2 day week if store manager doesn’t remove from the schedule. Left me running the register by myself with little to no training and no warning. The only good thing is the pay they start you out and that. During the interview the store manager would not let me finish answering questions before he cut me off multiple time and would constantly complain about my answer or why I didn’t get move up in my previous company

Horrible golf shop. Ask him to put a new grip and change out the ferrule. They ended up bending my shaft to whereas I had to send it back to taylormade. They are a horrible company that stand behind their horrible golf personnel. Avoid this place at all cost if you do anything with golf repairs. Wasted my money for a new ferrule and new grip installations. Avoid them at all costs. Worthless company that hires unqualified people to perform a task. I wouldn't let their golf shop unload my truck due to their incompetence.

Dicks... where even when you specifically say you need help (as one of the only customers in the store) and they walk around and talk amongst themselves and don't help. It's all in the name, apparently. Who needs to drop $200 on shoes when they ignore you?? I will go elsewhere, thanks.

Terrible customer service from Val at the register. She saw me coming and didn't acknowledge that I was behind her ready to pay. She took her time folding the shirt she was folding and still didn't acknowledge that there was someone behind her. Finally she turned around but it was such a chore for her to help me out. Please take her off the floor and put her in receiving. The lights are on but no one is home

I attempted to return a Christmas gift from this store without a receipt expecting to receive the current shelf or sale price. My intent was to use the store credit toward the purchase of a higher priced item in the store, thus increasing the size of the overall purchase. Imagine my shock when the cashier rang up my returns, it displayed the current sales price, and after tapping the "no receipt return" key, the refund plummeted to 25% of the current sales price. Yep, they wouldn't refund the current in-store (also online price) for the new unused items even though the back of the receipt they give every customer plainly states that they will do so. I was first told they wouldn't even return the items without the original purchaser's phone number. Don't think calling Dick's corporate customer service will help. I made two calls and still have zero resolution. They are basically operating with a really friendly printed return policy that they will not honor, which is a violation of Deceptive Trade Practices Act. I will avoid this store in the future.

False advertisement online just so you’ll spend your money all for them to say within an hour they don’t have the product you need. Proceed to cancel your order without any communication because THEIR store don’t have what they advertised online. Then take 3-5 business days to return your $85 while you don’t have the money nor the equipment your child needs. Lol how inconvenient and annoying. I wouldn’t suggest shopping with them online, it’s a waste of your time and money.

I wish I remembered their names but there was a lady with beautiful long braids and also maybe a manager from the Middle East I believe?? They were so nice also the cashier! I had a lot of questions and they were HAPPY to help! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience! Love my new hoka’s!
