The owner/manager Kindel is exceptional. I was experiencing a frustrating and stressful experience with a new ceiling fan. Kindel saw it thru and gave me extraordinary and personal customer service. Follow thru was above and beyond my expectations. Great store with a great manager. Highly recommend them.
