The worst Drive Through anywhere!
Today I felt lucky because there was only one car in front of me in the drive though. Boy was I wrong! I waited 12 minutes for my turn and I don’t know how long the car before me was there before I arrived.

Pharmacist Pranav probably saved my life! I went to Baylor ER for a sting that swelled up. The hospital prescribed me a form of penicillin, which I'm HIGHLY allergic to and had noted on my ER sign in papers, as well as my history with the hospital. They gave me 2 pills while in the ER which were penicillin. I felt VERY ill, toxic with added allergy symptoms which made me much worse! When I went to pick up my prescription from CVS, Pranav saw in my records I'm allergic and asked why they prescribed me penicillin. He then spent a tremendous amount of time trying to get help from the hospital, with no help or returned calls. I left without the penicillin and got better on my own with fantastic advice from him. This pharmacy is the worst. Getting prescription filled is a nightmare. The technician are rude and unprofessional.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are rude, medication is always back ordered or forever “processing” but never ready. Don’t even go through the drive thru - you will be in line for 45min-1 hr. Clear away!!!!!

This store has what I need and the people there are kind and helpful. I have saved lots of money using CVS coupons. The pharmacy and store associates have also saved me money.

Absolutely the worst service....3 people in the pharmacy all ignoring the people waiting to pick up a prescription. I'm definitely using the Walgreens across the street next time.

Service is ALWAYS incredibly slow, very unacceptable. This is a high traffic location, please staff accordingly so those that are working can properly support the customers. Also, it's the end of January so you can probably take down the Boo to the flu signs with skeltons and scarecrows. #dobetter

Experienced incredibly slow service at CVS Pharmacy with pharmacy technicians who came across as rude and standoffish. The overall atmosphere suggested a lack of job satisfaction among the staff. Waiting times were excessive, and the overall experience left much to be desired. Hoping for improvements in efficiency and friendliness for a more positive customer experience.

My daughter went here this evening after having tested positive at home for COVID. We wanted to confirm the diagnosis. After a lengthy wait for a rapid test they confirmed that she was positive and she waited for recommendations. They kept her there while they searched for prescriptions that she needed. Cough syrup prescription strength? Can be found on the shelf for $7. Steroids? Sure, if you’re having some serious congestion. But just in case? No. There are no medications for COVID. I work in health care treating COVID patients and worked a COVID unit in 2020 for several months. You treat the symptoms until there is respiratory distress. Then you go to the hospital.We took home Gatorade, NyQuil and I made her soup. I am furious that they tried to get her to spend money on things that she doesn’t need just so they would make more money. I should have gone with her.

This review has been a long time coming as I would not feel it right to leave a negative review after just a few bad experiences. This CVS branch has HORRID customer service time & again. If you need to talk to a pharmacy team member, good luck. Even with 7 people behind the counter, the phone continues to ring. Going in for a vaccine and have an appointment? Absolute mess. I understand they are (obviously) overwhelmed with the amount of work they have, but hanging up on a customer is not ok. Even the pharmacy manager (who is not onsite daily) expressed no compassion.

I don't know anything about the pharmacy but the shopping here is very good and there is always someone ready to help you. I shop here very often and the workers are always happy to see me.

Customer service in the Pharmacy is not great. Untrustworthy. I recommend using Walmart Pharmacy versus CVS.
