I was referred to see Tracy for a pedicure. I'm really particular and like my pedi's done right and not rushed. Tracy really delivered and did a meticulous job on my pedicure and took her time. She was friendly and checked in on how I was doing and if I liked the results. I highly recommend this shop for Mani or Pedi services. Ask for Tracy or Hannah.

First time I went for an acrylic full set. The technician that did my nails suggested I get dip instead, so I did. I asked about what about a fill-in as my nails grow, and she told me that they could fill in with dip powder. My nails were beautiful and lasted until I went back for a fill. My 2nd visit, I asked for a fill and they filled with acrylic instead of dip powder. I trusted that it would be ok since they are the professionals and they had such good reviews. The shaping and the polish wasn't the best, but it was ok enough for me to accept it and maybe just start looking for a new place to get my nails done. A couple of weeks later, I found a new place. And when the tech took my polish off. I had nail fungus on 3 nails! I have only ever had nail fungus once before, and it was back when I first started getting my nails done about 30 years ago. I feel that the way products were applied is the reason I got the nail fungus as moisture was able to seep in so quickly after I got my nails done. I know the shop has good reviews, and it's unfortunate that this was my experience, but I think it was worth sharing.

This nail salon was awesome. I came here to get a removal of tips/acrylic and get gel. The removal process usually scares me haha bc sometimes it will hurt. Hannah did my nails and she was so detail oriented and made sure they came out perfect. I will be going to this salon from here on out. this salon was also reasonably priced which i appreciate a ton.
oh also it was an ACTUAL manicure. not just them painting my nails which was also nice

The staff is professional and the location is clean. They accommodated me for a last minute nail appointment. Not only did they do it quickly, but did a fantastic job. I will absolutely be back!

I've been going to this nail place for years and everytime I go the service is exceptional. Staff is super friendly, remembers me and my family every time we come in always does a great job!

This was my first time to cute nails and spa in Rockwall. I am new to the area and desperately needed a pedicure and nails for a special occasion the next day. I read reviews and decided to stop in. The staff instantly greeted me and asked what services I needed.
I quickly sat at a chair and offered a beverage. I showed the nail tech a picture of inspiration, and he was able to knock it out for me. The young lady who did my pedicure was amazing!!! It was the best pedicure I have ever received. I told my husband next time he must come with me. I definitely will be back soon.

First, they are expensive. I tried this nail salon and the first time I went it was mostly a positive experience. Michael did acrylic nails for me and they turned out beautifully. The pedicure was different. I asked for a tip and acrylic on my big toe. The girl put the tip on crooked, but when I asked them to fix it I got the "your nail grow that way" response. (It doesn't grow that way.) The woman who owns or manages the spa hovers around, but is far more defensive than helpful. She kept insisting that I was wrong. I went back the 2nd time because I liked the way Michael did acrylics. He did a beautiful job on the acrylics, but once again... the pedicure kept resulting in miss-shapen toenails. The owner again got defensive and argued with me, but eventually agreed to fix them. (It shouldn't have to be an argument.) The 3rd and final time I went, Michael wasn't on duty so I had J. I decided to try dip nails. J was friendly right up until I told her my tips were going on crooked. Then her demeanor changed. Again I was told that my nail "grow that way." After 3 times, I asked her to just let me put them on, which I did - and then they were all straight. The whole time I was doing it, she would dramatically roll her eyes. She was mad that I inconvenienced her and that I wouldn't just go with the crooked nails. With the dip nails, I chose a color but the nails did not come out even close to the color I selected. I pointed this out and was again met with defensive reactions, saying it was the exact color I chose. After them arguing that it was the same color I chose, I had to get the sample card to show them the difference. Only then did they admit it was different... but that it wasn't their fault because sometimes "the colors change." (???) I paid a very expensive price to be argued with over nails that were not at all what I selected and that I just didn't like at all. If you are okay with not saying anything when something goes wrong, it will be fine. If you have ANY problem or ask them to fix or change something, be prepared for them to instantly become defensive and sour. I gave them 3 chances. I will not go back. Between the high prices, the claims that my fingers and toes grew "crooked" (which miraculously was not at all the case when I put tips on myself) and the ridiculous arguing that they are right and you are wrong, I just will not go back.

I went to them for the first time back in March. They were nice however my nails were awful. I got the dip powder and a pedicure. The dip nails were bumpy and thin and started chipping within a day. And the polish came off of my toe nails within a week. I tried them again last Thursday because I was pressed for time and they were open until 7:30 PM. By Saturday, 3 of my nails had already broken. I will not be going back.

Very bad experience. I got the upgrade for a callus removal because they insisted so i expected them to put the callus removal lotion for 5-10 mins to work it through or at least give me a good scrub with the scrubber but instead she was rushing and not even scrubbing properly. She didn’t even touch the sole and instep while scrubbing just a outer heel for 2 secs. No pressure while massaging, had to request for that as well. She was really not into it. Horrible experience, never going back to that lady again!!Service: Pedicure

Horrible take off for $10.00 Tracy got upset when I asked for her to take off the rest. I was sick and just needed a take off for my breaking nails but thanks for the time and service.

THIS IS THE BEST NAIL SALON IVE BEEN TO IN FOREVER?!? They actually know how to do acrylic, and they do it so well! I'm a perfectionist when it comes to nails, and I was thoroughly impressed, they were so kind and welcoming as well! Jordan was so sweet and gave me the best set of nails ever I highly recommend ♥️
