Service was terrible at the food court, had an hour long wait time for a pizza I ordered before even getting to the store. The employees in the back mostly talked to one another and did not fill their orders, creating long lines of angry waiting customers. They would continue to extend the waiting time saying 11 minutes over and over and would stare right at us when the pizzas on the rack were done and sitting there. Not impressed or pleased with my service. Im a busy first responder and I would appreciate it if these lazy food workers would take their job more seriously.

Chelsie from Costco at Rockwall treated my family and I in a improper manner. My two sisters and my mom all have three different memberships but my sisters didn't have them on hand only on app which was down at the moment. My mom was going to use her membership on my sisters. Chelsie began to remark us in an abrupt way demanding how we couldn't when we've done many times in the past. If we were to scan in the self checkout with my mom's membership, there wouldn't be a problem. Chelsie does not deserve to work at costco!

I saw that their prices are competitive and decided to purchase but the process is a bit tedious. Order online and then when the tires are ready you can schedule an appointment. I did that only to find out that their appointments are booked out for two weeks. I called Costco customer service to cancel the order. It’s been four days and still no refund. On top of that, I’ve been trying to call this location for several days and no one picks up the phone. It also seems that walk ins may take a while as other reviewers have mentioned. That $100 you may save here doesn’t seem worth the hassle. Right now I’m out $1100 and still waiting for them to rectify this issue.

Terrible service experience. Had an apt for 1:30 and at 4:15 still sitting waiting for my new tires to be installed. When asked what was the delay they stated they only had two guys working. If you can’t render services in a timely manner you shouldn’t have so many apt open for clients to choose from. I then asked how much longer and they stated they didn’t know! Never will I come here again to get new tires!

Horrible Service from the Tire Center and Customer Service Reps don't really care about their jobs enough to fix communication issues. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to get someone from the Tire Center and after the call drops, I would call again and ask to connect to administration, only to be immediately transferred back to the Tire Center to wait until the call drops again. Expensive services for horrible customer service and no compensation for my time lost trying to provide them business.

The warranty is a scam and getting void if you rotate the tires somewhere else. The service is awful, I cannot believe that such service is a part of the Costco family.

The good, the bad and the ugly. The good part was that I got a great deal on some all-weather tires. The bad part was that after ordering them online the tire guys made me go return them so I could re-purchase them for a new discount even though I was assured via Costco's telephone staff I would indeed get the discount without problems. But, I saved $200, so it was worth a little hassle. The ugly? Oh, that's just waiting on those hard, backless benches for an hour and a half. But walking around for free samples ain't half bad. I'd do it again.

TLDR customer service is non-existent. It’s all about just selling you tires and services.At this point feels like I’m just adding $*** to the pile based on the reviews I’m reading before posting this, but the experience with this location was terrible. First was the policy that the warranty on the tire is void after rotation at non-Costco locations (was willing to let this go since it’s just company policy). But then I asked if they could put the tire I had on from before they sold me the voided warranty one (since it wasn’t staying inflated), and we confirmed together that it was not costcos, they said yes. I drove home, grabbed it, came back, and they wouldn’t do it until the exact employee who told us they could got off his lunch break to confirm. Ridiculous. I called discount tire and they offered to do it for us. Considering we get better prices at discount tire, and apparently they have significantly better customer service, I will probably be exclusively getting my tires from anywhere that’s not costco.

You will have to wait for hours for a tire rotation even with an appointment. No more tires from Costco.Seems like they have too much business and don’t care about customer service.

Made an appointment online, and I was running a little bit late. We all know traffic on I30 is not a joke. Almost killing myself to get there ASAP. once, I get there the guy in the back got mad because he was ready to go home at 5:20 pm when they close until 8-8:30pm. Front desk guy was like this is the last one and it’s an appointment. Then, they realized I was a little bit late, and told me it was going to take over 2+hrs for a rotation. Their manager, Tyler, not help at all. Rude and not idea of customer service meaning.

The staff are professional and thorough and the warranty offered can't be beat. Just be prepared to shop and wait patiently. A thorough mechanic spends more time attending to details, which is well worth it to me. I got here at 9:45am, was let in early to be the first customer helped and had a 4 tire install complete at 11am.

BUYER WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!! After speaking with the in-store rep, about pricing, and purchasing 4 new trailer tires online (which they WON'T SHIP TO THE STORE, how convenient! You have to lug all the tires TO COSTCO!).......I was NOT informed that there was a $20.00 fee PER TIRE (FYI it's $14.00 @ Discount Tire) to have them mounted and balanced!.....SO, after all the hassle of lugging the tires to the store from my house, the tires with installation were OVER $105.00 per tire!! When I could've gotten a BETTER tire at Discount Tire, AND received a military discount (which is non-existent at CostCo, they just say they're "sorry" they don't have one lol), and paid about $90.00 WITH A MILITARY DISCOUNT, and FREE mourning and balancing with the purchase of the tires (and ended up with a better warranty overall!!)......POINT OF MY RANT IS........DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM COSTCO!! ..........Sidenote: THEY'RE reps ARE RUDE AND USE A CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE......and will not fill the tire past the "max fill" on the tire; EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM IT IS GOING TO BE A SPARE THAT YOU WANT TO KEEP OVERFILLED IN THE RV STORAGE COMPARTMENT!!!

Left my car in un drivable condition after online ordered tires were the wrong size. Not the employees fault on the size issue but was uninformed that they had put a donut on my car so very unsafe in my opinion as if I had gotten on the interstate it could have popped as I didn't know I had just assumed they put all my old tires back on. Also the donut was the only one that did not have tire pressure issues all other tires read low even after giving it time to adjust One tire wouldn't even read. This was their one and only chance and they have lost a customer as I rely on my car to be able to get me to school and work everyday.
