As others have said, difficult to get someone on the phone, but they don’t seem to have been given the staff to manage the phone and in-store at the counter. Friendly service, mounted and balanced four new tires in about an hour which I’d gone online and ordered to the store ahead of time ?

Just lost the sale of 4 Michelin tires for a 4x4 Tacoma and will not be renewing my Costco membership as a whole. Just got the perfect tires to fit my need $700 cheeper at Walmart in Rowlett and received great customer service.
