Their prices are good but you need to be a member to buy there.
Their gas station also has a cheaper price, but you need to be a member to buy there.
Other than that, I like their price.

I like Costco and still patronize occasionally. Sam's club does offer more selection, so we tend to shop there occasionally as well.?

If you're reading reviews about Costco then you've probably heard about the low prices already. They are great and I love the Kirkland brand items. What I didn't know until after becoming a member is there absolute dedication to great customer service. It starts with your normal trip and the high number of cashiers they have making the incredibly long looking lines move very quickly but it goes much deeper. I have also see them call all hands on deck during a sudden thunderstorm, all available employees rushing to the front to help customers stay dry and get their items into the cars as easily and quickly as possible. That's something you would never see anywhere else. My most recent story starts with me making a huge mistake. I won't go into details but it was completely my fault and when I asked Costco for help they bent over backwards to help fix my mistake. This is something I never expected and I know would have never happened at other stores. Great company that takes great care of their employees / customers and it definitely shows. The membership is worth every penny!

Always busy and you can expect a line at checkout, but great variety that changes weekly and great deals.

I'm not sure what is the job description of associates staying at the self checkout. They don't help you scan your stuff so you can move quickly, I'm not sure why they stay there. This is an observation after coming here like 10x. If I compare this Costco with the one at 75&635, there's a big difference in customer service about the self checkout area. If they aren't supposed to help us scan the products, I advise adding a mobile scanning device so we can use it ourselves instead of putting down and back in everything.
