I dropped off five shirts to launder and was charged for dry cleaning of one of the shirts. The tag on the shirt says machine wash with cold water. When I asked why the shirt was dry cleaned I was told they ignore the manufacturer’s instructions and go totally off the spandex content of the shirt. This appears to be a way to overcharge for cleaning. WATCH OUT, I guess you have to check the content of everything before you have anything cleaned at Comet Cleaners.

The customer service at this location is terrible!! The girls that work there are very rude and are obviously disgusted when you walk in the door. Every time I’ve been there they keep doing what they’re doing (headphones in ears) and don’t even acknowledge you. When they finally look up, they don’t say anything they just stare at you. No greeting, no thank you, no have a nice day. Nothing. Not sure how or why they are still working there as they obviously don’t care about their job.Services: Laundry wash & fold

Tried them for the first time, just moved to Rockwall. One shirt was rejected with a perfectly round giant 3" hole. They claimed he shirt was like this when dropped off. Looks like one of their machines made the hole, but they would not take responsibility. They send out there laundry to another location. Will never use them again. Ruined a $30 shirt.

First impression is everything. At drop off and pickup. No greeting no emotion. A rude whatbis your last name. No thank you or anything. A smile and a warm hello and thank you would go a long way.

Used this location a few times and had no issues, but today I go to pick up my 3 shirts and found stains on my shirt. I've inspected the shirts before dropping them off, handed over the shirts and thought all would be good. Went to pick my shirts up and didn't even notice the stains until I got home because the place is poorly lit. Took the shirts back and they claim that the stains were already on the shirt..... but didn't bother to mention it when the shirt was dropped off nor mention when the shirt was turned over yet they told me it was my fault because it was listed on the ticket. Claiming that I must've used bleech when washing at home (even though it was a dress shirt that I only get dry cleaned, AT THEIR LOCATION). Was going to let it go and just take it as a loss but the Owner chose to talk to me directly (unprompted nor requested) just to tell me that they don't have the time to check every garmet and that even though anything could happen between dropping it off and getting washed but I was being unreasonable for asking why was it not mentioned if it was damaged prior to releasing it to them.Completely incompetent and rude, would NEVER use their services ever again. Use at your own risk because they apparently care more about construction workers thank handling professional or business attire.

Terrible Service. Have lost my clothes twice in 6 months for extended periods of time. Lost two shirts permanently and have shown no interest in replacement or discount. Sadly no other options on this end of town since Stone Creek cleaners closed.

When I was in high school (2017) I dropped off my prom suit and dress shirt at Comet Cleaners. I went to pick up my dry cleaning on prom day morning and my dress shirt was missing. Today, nearly five years after I dropped off my things, Comet called me and told me they have my shirt. They did a great job on dry cleaning my suit, but the five year turn around time for shirts is not the most convenient. Comet should honestly rebrand as a vintage shop because I turned in a regular shirt and received it as vintage. 2 stars solely because of (i) the comedic content this experience has provided and (ii) the fact that I at least got my suit back. Otherwise, this is the worst dry cleaner I have ever encountered. Parents, if you have children in 8th grade, now might be a good time to drop off their prom attire.

I have been to this location multiple times now and Albert always goes above and beyond for me. Their costumer service is top notch and their work is unbeatable. Would highly recommend!

I have been using Comet exclusively for last few years. Service has always been efficient and courteous. Today I can in to pick up a rather large order. Albert took care of me and far exceeded our expectations. After settling the bill Albert brought all the clothes to the car and Hung them up for me. Now that's service. Albert is a credit to Comet cleaners

I have went to this cleaners for years and never had a problem until today. I dropped off garments that I NEEDED tonight. Picked them up at 2:00 and the lady put the bag in the backseat. Ran my errands — did not realize until 4:01 (1 minute after they closed) that I had half of my clothes!!! I called 10 times and rushed back up there — of course they are closed and my evening is ruined!! Need competition in the area big time!!

Recently moved to Rockwall after living in downtown Dallas for 9 years. While downtown I used a cleaners convenient between our apartment and my office. Since coming to Rockwall and using Comet, I found out the difference in quality! Comet does an incredible job on both laundry and dry cleaning. I thought all cleaners were the same, but since coming to the Rockwall Comet, I found out I was wrong. Comet is great!
