Not sure why they refused to notarize my loan documents. Waited and waited while the two guys that were supposed to help were busy showing each other stuff on their phones and laughing. Had to leave even though the place was empty

They have 2 stars because of a manager there Rob Alexander, other than him, I would absolutely quit this bank.

Usually, there is only one cashier working. Expect long lines for tellers.
