I ordered a new card on the 5th and it is now the 16th.it never arrived.so I called and the told me someone stole my card and activated it because I was getting charges on a card I didn’t even have.The last lady I spoke to on the phone last night was lovely.but she told me since I didn’t have a card I could set Apple Pay up on my phone within 24 hours of our call cause I had to wait for a new account to process.it is now the next day at 8pm and I can’t access Apple Pay.thanks to chase bank I haven’t had access to any money in 11 days.i was told last night to expect a call and I have yet to receive one.which considering this is a case of fraud I hoped that they would take me more seriously.Im assuming it’s because my account is a high-school checking account so they aren’t prioritizing it.They have made this last week and a half terribly more complicated then it needed too be. I am hoping since I wrote a public review that they will now take me more seriously.Because being without money sucks !

The manager is very uneducated and seems like she hates her life and her job. Just go to a different bank and safe your energy you can get nothing done at this location

It's OK. It is conveniently located for me. I can do the business I need to do without much hassle. They ARE Chronically short staffed, but have no expectation that will change. Service is often slow and unenthusiastic. I do not have sufficient reason to change, as likely all are about the same, these days.

Came in to open a bank account. Woman at the desk was irritated that we didn’t have an appt. She barked at us a few times and then let us talk to someone who was kind and helpful. When we left to get some documents and returned, she no longer allowed him to help us. Disgusting woman.

Went to cash a check and lady in the front told me I needed two forms of ID because of how much the amount the check was. Smh! Went to the store in Wylie and they helped me with no problem. ( just my driver license)This store definitely bad with customer service and definitely the color of my skin was an issue... she saw me and definitely thought I was not capable of having that much money. Terrible store to go too...save your trip

Staff is friendly but they take forever just to give you a simple $100. Third time going every time it’s the same. Bank is not even busy which makes it even worse!
