This place lost my business today. I paid $80 after discussing what all was included. In the past I paid around $45 and they had 1 particular person that did an impeccable job. Since my car needed extra attention, I paid for the $80 treatment. My car looked awful. Even the manager agreed. So, they did more work on the interior and ran it through a wash a second time due to poor drying. Looked pretty good after the second wash. However, when I got home I opened the rear door and they had not even touched it! No vacuum, no mat wash, no interior cleaning as agreed upon. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls, so I had to drive back up there, speak to the manager, and they cleaned it. Never again!

Went not too long ago and was “greeted” by an older caucasian man. I say “greeted” because it wasn’t even a greeting. His lack of customer service and even acknowledgment of my presence really took me by surprise. All he did was hold his hand out for my card and didn’t even look in my direction, just gestured for me to hurry up. It was my first time visiting this car wash and it’s safe to say I won’t return. Even the prices are gouged.

Full service and then an optional towel dry for $20 if you like. Plenty of free vacuum cleaners too. We were in and out quickly!

I go to this place at least twice a week . The machine cleans better than the other two in rockwall. However the staff was rude to me today because I used their towels to clean the dirt that wasn’t cleaned by the machine. Disappointed

Called and left voicemail on Saturday and no one has called back….car was not vacuumed all the way and neither exterior car washed all the way and noticed scratches on top of car

The staff seems friendly and welcoming. However, I have a monthly plan and when I have the car cleaned and detailed their attention to detail is lacking. I usually have to take care of spots that they've missed all together like brake dust on the rims, water that they missed, etc. every time I go.

The cashier's rudeness was off-putting. When I inquired about the price list, his response was dismissive, saying, "You can read it." Despite my attempts to get more information about the services offered, he seemed more interested in talking about unrelated topics, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed.
