“I’ve been told about this place a few times from my neighbors so I decided to try them today I got the royal treatment wash & I’m impressed and mad at myself I wasted my hard earned money at the other car wash I should’ve came here long time ago

Pros- 1. Good setup for self-cleaning car interiors after. They have clean microfiber towels and multi-surface cleaner. 2. If your car is still dirty they will let you run it through again. 3. The vacuum setup is convenient, but standard
Cons: 1. Laser accuracy for car clearance could be tighter. My sedan doesn't often get the top half of the side windows very clean. 2. The cleanliness of the rear crevices of the car is dependent on who is prewashing. Some attendants dgaf while other do well. 3. Vacuum upkeep has become lacking to the detriment of the suction power. 4. No apparent full service options for cleaning interiors.

Tldr: 4-star place for being "just a decent automated car wash"”

“I went to this car wash at the Arlington location and accidentally got a very important key sucked into the vacuum cleaners. I was devastated to say the least as it was a very important key. The attendants at the facility spent an hour after closing searching for the key. It never turned up. I contacted the GM at the Rockwall location, Jeremy Hilburn, and he was so kind. He seemed genuinely as concerned as I was about recovering it. He immediately sent someone from maintenance to snake out the pipes which I was extremely grateful for. They did find the key and I cannot express the amount of gratitude I feel for Mr. Hilburn going above and beyond to do everything in his power to find it. A HUGE THANK YOU!!!That was customer service at its finest! I will continue to go to this car wash and recommend it to others as well. Customer service has been all but lost at many businesses. I’m thankful and happy to know that this particular business values customer service and kindness as a standard at Carmel Car Wash. Thank you again Jeremy for turning what felt like a negative experience into a positive one!”
