Every single time I bring a vehicle to this place I am told many different excuses as to why my car won't be ready. He's caused more damage to my vehicle and fixes it but then says something else is broken. I've had him do this for UP TO 3 MONTHS. Last excuse was he put the part in then it was bad. Now I'm waiting an entire week for something that he says was finished Wednesday.

The lead mechanic Michael is NOT and has NEVER been a certified mechanic. Wouldn't recommend him working on anything.

Beware!!!! I feel scammed!!! I Went in to get my A/C serviced and the mechanic was unable to fix the issue. When they gave me my keys back to leave, my car didn't start. There was no signs of a dead battery before I arrived and it was very strange that it was dead right after I brought it in. The mechanic said the battery was completely dead and they proceeded to charge me close to $400 for a new battery. Because I complained, they offered to re-install my old battery, but I would have to get it towed somewhere else and find someone else to help me out. They didn't even offer a jump. I'm not sure how the battery completely drained in the manner of the 2 hours while I was there. Very fishy practices at this facility. The owner was slurring and sounded drunk as well.I would not trust this shop ever again.

Best Auto Shop in the DFW area. I recently had an issue with my car (Mercedes Benz) overheating due to multiple reasons. Larry and his crew were able to fix the issue and get my car running perfect again. This place is by far the most trustworthy and reliable auto shop around. Affordable, Trustworthy, and hard workers!

The check engine light came on on the instrument panel. Started running rough. C&C Auto On The Rock was recommended. Took the car in but the check engine light was off. We agreed to change spark plugs since it was way over recommended change out. Car ran but not quite right. I took the car out of the shop and a quarter mile down the road the check engine light came on. Immediately back to the shop to get an analysis code. Number 3 spark plug misfiring. After further investigation found a bad ground wire to the number 3 spark plug. Problem fixed. Price was fair. Customer service, superb!
