Picked up a dirty Jeep Cherokee with a slipping clutch and an inoperative E brake (car will roll down the driveway nonstop if P gear goes out too) right before closing the night prior at DAL airport, and folks here at Rockwall Budget were able to swap it out for a much cleaner car.

I usually use the Budget in Mesquite, but they have gotten so busy that I have to wait much too long, even as a fast break member. I chose this Rockwall location this time and it was soooo much faster, both pick up and drop off. Friendly staff.

Great team at this location! We switched our car from renting at DFW and saved a bunch of money, plus no giant lines like at the airport.
