I am sure you guys received lots of negative reviews but this one is a positive one.Mr. Preston, a manager of the store, worked with me in returning a 70 inch tv on the 15th day of the returning policy. He didn’t refund me but at least gave me the entire amount in credit store and since I need a slightly larger TV, I agreed with the store credit.And the reason for a no 5 stars review, it was because I waited over half hour, two customer service clerks and a manager of the store to get the return accepted.

I’m trying to buy a computer with a clearly marked price and they won’t sell it to me. This is unbelievable.The price is even attached to the boxHe is saying the best he can do is $458.00 BUT IT SAYS $313 RIGHT ON THE BOX!I’m so frustrated right now

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Had to ask to get someone in appliances, waited 20mins and nobody showed up. The entire store looks like its going out of business, hardly any merchandise on the shelves.

I worked with Larry in appliances, and he did great job helping me pick out the right appliances. The manager came over and helped get the delivery and haul away setup. "Best Buy" for sure as they had the best prices!

I purchased the following Lego set online. Best Buy thought it was acceptable to send the Lego set without putting it in a shipping box. It had tape all around, the shipping label was pasted directly to the Lego box, the box was damaged as a result of it not being shipped properly and left on my front porch.I then had to spend an hour of my time going to a Best Buy in person to get a return. The associate that helped me was pleasant, but there was nothing she could do to compensate me for my time, including just saying sorry. It is beyond me, how a company can believe this is an acceptable way to operate. If you buy Legos for collecting purposes, do not rely on Best Buy to get it right. I have never had another vendor be so careless in the way they ship an item. I will never again utilize Best Buy for online purchases.

Best Try should be allowed to have a no star rating…after making an appointment for IPhone repair waiting a few days then driving 45 minutes to get here and being told maybe check around at another store to see if they have the part needed. I was told they would have to keep my phone for a few days to get the part and get it repaired. I asked if they could order the part and then I would come back when they received it. I was told no because they weren’t sure I would come back…I have entered this store for the last time. They have become a horrible place to try and do business with over the last 4-5 years. In these days of Brick and Mortar stores struggling to survive you would think they would try and do better for Customers. It appears that they want to burn the ship at sea and lose all their clients

Went into their store today to make a purchase was in the store over 20 min walking around looking for the item no one offered to help us find anything. Finally a sales person walked our way and right past us to ask another person who had been there less time than we had. I put the other 2 items we had planned to purchase back and I will not shop this Best Buy again. Poor customer service! In fact I may cancel my Best Buy card altogether.
