Not only one of but actually THE MOST hostile shopping experience I've ever had at a store. Was there for about 10 minutes and approached over 5 times, sometimes by the same employees multiple times. One stood over me while I was swatching lipstick sample shades for so long watching me without saying anything that I just felt like leaving. No one else was even on that aisle besides me. This happened repeatedly throughout my short time here. This has never happened at any other location. It's an environment I would expect from Sephora but not Ulta but this one experience was so hostile that I will never return to this location.

Jazmin did amazing on my eyebrows! She shaped them beautifully. She is also very sweet and personable! I’ll definitely be returning to her for my brows!

Had my brows waxed by Lacie and was shocked at how gently she pulled the wax strips. I grow a lot of hair and was used to always having my skin lift when waxed, but didn’t have that issue when I was in Lacie’s chair. 10/10

Great location and very good selection. Staff assisted me in finding what I needed. Prices are comparable to similar beauty supply stores and I highly recommend you get their credit card to accumulate points for every purchase

I had my brows done by Lacie. 10/10 the best experience I’ve had. I was comfortable, and I felt like she listened to my concerns. One of my eyebrows grows different than the other. So they are generally never twins more like sisters. BUT I walked out with the most confidence because they were finally exactly how I wanted them. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will definitely be back.

Jazmin did amazing! My brows started losing their shape after over-waxing elsewhere and she shaped them right up and made them beautiful again! They actually add to my face now instead of take away. Would 100% would recommend trusting her with your brows! She’ll take good care of you. Thank you!!!

Jazmin is exceptional at what she does! Whether she was cleaning up my uneven eyebrows or guiding me on which primer + foundation works best with my skin type. I'll def be back because of the experience I had with Jazmin.
