Love the clothes in this store, hence I drive about 40 min to get to the closest one to me ??! However, fitting rooms are technically non-functional since the locks don’t work. I had two people walking on me while I was trying on a few things. I also heard someone walking on the fitting room next to mine. Line was way too long to actually pay for my stuff so just left without anything …after my long drive ! Service was great though!!!

First and last time visiting the store yesterday. There was a very rude associate working checkout that let me wait at her register while she was ringing up a customer and then decided in the middle of that transaction to tell me that there “was only one line” and point me in the direction of another customer who had walked up to wait at the other register on the opposite side of the checkout area at the same time that I had walked up. There was no “line” - no signage anywhere, no line roped off, no arrows on the floor.
I decided not to purchase and left the store, I am not spending my money where I’m not treated decently and as empty as the store was, you’d think they would actually want sales.
On another note, the women’s restroom is in need of a good cleaning and light bulbs, 75% of the lights were out in the restroom.

My sister use to work here. Everything wrong with this store is because of the store manager, Stacy. She has severe narcissistic personality disorder and is abusive and condescending to her employees. Dozens of complaints have been filed against her but she never gets fired because she is having an affair with her boss, Michael. She let's the black employees steal whatever they want because she's afraid of being called racist. This store cannot keep an employee more than a month. Don't shop here and absolutely do not ever work here.

I love the Rockwall Belk. We shopped there on Friday, 12/22 & the rudest employee for no reason works in cosmetics. She was rude to everyone in her path- I witnessed her reaction to several as I HAD to make my purchase with her at the Easter Lauder counter. My son & a friend went a week later & he came home with a story about this terribly Rude employee at Belk's (we live an hour away) - same one! Gosh get rid of her - she's miserable & needs to move along & find her joy - retail is not for her!
