Not put a five day hold on a check I deposited! I confirmed with the bank who issued the check that Bank of America was transferred my money- to BOA- so why are you holding my money for another 3 additional days ? The teller said you don't hold the monies once it clears

The manager would not cash my check that had my company and my name on it. Argued with me because it didn't say or in-between the name. I'm moving my business account.

It was a good bank but now a days everything changed even their customer service. They can’t print out statements without appointment but it used to be everyone wanted to help everybody and now looks like they don’t want to move from their seat and just looking at a computer. Miss their better days

Seems all the women in the lobby would rather talk to each other rather than help a customer they made eye contact with waiting behind them at the desk... whoever the manager is here needs to put on his big boy pants.

Very bad customer service, banker's name " lizett,, she listen story's from someone, but I'm waiting 35minutes for fixing my debit cards PIN number she's wasted my time I don't like this bank customer service ! Actually she doesn't deserve bank service !!

I walked into the Horizon branch of Rockwall and was greeted and taken care of by a very friendly lady named Leah. It's refreshing to have someone smile and strike up a fun & friendly conversation. They are very lucky to have you Leah! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Trying to get in touch with someone at this location, have called several times and no answer, TM took my also no option to leave a message. ATM took my debit card several days ago, no one has called me and no one available to answer a call.

Shady employees requiring driver's licenses unless your illegal when means there felons. Picks and chooses which federal laws they follow. I will be sending complaint email to the FDIC. Find a local bank.

I was surprised at all the negative reviews I saw when I came to leave my review, because my experience here on Friday, Feb 10th was AMAZING. I am recently engaged and my fiancé wanted to add me to his account.We had tried walking in before but it was so busy they prompted us to make an appointment.So I would recommend calling and making an appointment for the time and day that works for you if you want to see a personal banker.When we came for our appointment, we were seen right on time which I loved.Our banker, Aimmee, was AMAZING! Hands down the best customer service experience at a bank that I have ever had. She was very kind, helpful, and we had no issues at all being added. In and out in about 20 minutes.I got her card and will never work with any banker but her.It may sound dumb, but I was in a terrible mood when we arrived, and Aimmee was so nice and sweet that by the time I left, my mood had even improved. You don’t expect that at a bank.I always leave very honest and sometimes angry reviews, and it was so nice to leave a wonderful review with someone that knows what great customer service is. If she moves banks, I’m following ?Give this woman a raise, BOA!

We have been dealing with this company for 6 months now. It has been a nightmare I would highly recommend NOT USING ROB FARRAR!!Incompetence is the hiring standard for this bank, between losing documents along with only sending over ONE piece of document and loans getting denied because of Rob. Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Zero customer service as well as not giving updates 3 months went by and then we had to call and find out the loan was transferred to a different lady, no update or anything about what was going on in the process. It is sickening especially when we are trying to move home to our family. Complete nightmare and lack of customer service for the people who do their business with these people. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

Only reason it has 2 stars is because the tellers are always polite but you have to wait in line 20 minutes to get anything done because they only ever have one person working when there’s 10 people in line waiting

If I could give a zero I would. Deposited a check and was told money would be available next day. Next day comes and they said its on hold for 9 days before money is accessible. NINE DAYS... Should be a crime. Definitely closing accounts with this worthless bank.

I waited 25 minutes in the only drive thru line, to find that the poor teller was the only person working inside and the outside teller positions. She finally came to the window to tell me that she had three people in front of me on the inside. I explained I'd been waiting 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. She said she was the only one working. It's ridiculous HIRE MORE PEOPLE!
