Trying to get in touch with someone at this location, have called several times and no answer, TM took my also no option to leave a message. ATM took my debit card several days ago, no one has called me and no one available to answer a call.

I walked into the Horizon branch of Rockwall and was greeted and taken care of by a very friendly lady named Leah. It's refreshing to have someone smile and strike up a fun & friendly conversation. They are very lucky to have you Leah! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

This is the better location to visit over the branch off 66 in Rockwall. The employees here are care about customer service and are willing to help you without having to make an appointment.
