These guys are beyond the level of expert when it comes to all areas of electronics. Garrett was able to retrieve data from a nearly completely destroyed phone, which truly saved my behind in more ways than I can even explain. His professionalism was top notch, and the turn around time was faster than I expected. He even went a step further and allowed me to access other things from my phone when I asked him if I could. Thank you again AWT!! You guys are amazing!!

After walking away from a particular big box store’s insane estimate just to diagnose my new computer’s issues, I came across AWT’s services. They were able to diagnose & repair my laptop within 3 days. I’m pleased with their customer and service repairs.
I only wish computer repairs did not cost 25% of the sales price of a brand new computer nowadays.

I came into the store, a repeat and dedicated customer to have my laptop checked out and a virus removed. I was helped by Luke. Luke was very professional and helped resolved ALL my issues. He explained all my issues and showed me why I didn't have a virus problem. Luke Is my man as he quickly showed me how to solve my problems and then he fixed them for me. This man needs to be recognized for his customer service skills, which are Outstanding!!!!

We LOVE this place! They have helped us with multiple laptop and phone issues for both our personal and business needs. The staff and owner are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Though I’m not very tech advanced, I never feel uncomfortable bringing forth my issues (and sometimes it’s just as simple fix). Support these local guys, you won’t be disappointed!
