“So there are many places to take your car for an inspection. I have two vehicles so it's a pain to take them both for oil changes and then state inspections. In March, I had an oil change and I thought it might be too early since my inspection sticker was due in September, however somebody here told me it wasn't too early so I had the state inspection done. Imagine my annoyance when I found out the inspection was due between July 30 and September 30. for the registration of course. I came in annoyed but prepared to pay again... but I didn't have to do that. I went out feeling like I had just had a visit with a good neighbor. These guys absolutely put the Rock in Rockwall Brakes Plus on Goliad. Very happy I was not grilled for my part in lack of researching, instead, Chris Stockert, who has taken over as general manager in October 2023 simply said, "...not a problem, we will redo at our expense.". I think we can all agree that customer non-service is abundant in the world and locally right now, but not at Brakes Plus. I will continue to do business here as long as I live in Rockwall.. And by the way, the bad reviews seem to center around people who have made appointments to bring their cars in. I'm very happy these people even offer appointments as some do not. If these guys are to cars like doctors are to people, appointments, run, long keep that in mind and also keep in mind, they have a nice key drop if you want to bring your car in the night before. Just my two cents..”

“Recently went to a franchised auto repair shop for a full service - they gave me a $3000 quote for all the things the vehicle needed according to them
So I came to C and C auto firstly no one knows GMC and Chev like these guys do secondly they told me all the nit picks the franchised very unchristian like auto repairers quoted was absolutely not needed they took my car for a drive did all the fine tuning that it needed and the vehicle is running like a dream

“I have been here multiple times in the past two years. They are thorough and kind. Service has been amazing!! The only draw back is getting a rental car if needed.They do offer, but you have to deal with the Enterprise down the street and the cars smell like people smoke in them. Two rentals over the past two years and both reeked of cigarettes.”

I just purchased a new Honda HRV and someone tried to break in by lifting up
My window guard. I ordered the part from Honda and took it to have it put on. Honda of Rockwall acted as if they didn’t know if the part would just pop on or be complex. The parts guy at Honda told me it should pop on and off, but the service guy told me it was complex and would be $189. I took my car to Lakeside Chevrolet Collision center and Mr. Jeff popped it on for me in 2 minutes free of charge! I’ve always had a great experience here, even in the past when I had my
