We have purchased several trees from Arcadia and today we met the owner Gary he was so helpful and knowledgeable! We love our trees and landscaping and this is our go to place ❤ Great prices and great customer service!

This place was once competitively priced with other local nurseries, however their pricing continues to outpace the more seasoned nurseries, especially with respect to wholesale pricing. Many of the products they sell have wholesale pricing that’s near other nursery’s RETAIL pricing. Nice people, just not competitively priced anymore.

This is a decent nursery regarding selection, but every time I come here I have the same experience - the plants are labeled poorly regarding type and price. Many plants have no label and you can't tell what they are or even if you already know this is an "XXXX" plant, you don't know what type of "XXXX" plant it is. I question whether the handwritten labels are always accurate. Often the prices are missing and it's a mystery how much a plant you are interested in costs. Yes you can go to the information booth and ask, but I don't want to have to do that all the time - I want to look at a plant and know what it is and what the price is while I'm browsing. The times I have gone to the information desk to ask questions, the folks there don't seem to know a whole lot. It's just usually a frustrating experience for me at this nursery. However, they do seem to carry certain plants that I cannot seem to find elsewhere - my last purchase was a specific type of loropetalum that I could not find locally anywhere else.

First rate among nurseries, their inventory is wonderful. The service staffers are very knowledgeable and helpful. You really can't find anything comparable in the area.

Arcadia has become our “Favorite Nursery “ to purchase from Tons of plants, palms and more to choose from. Staff was quick to assist and Gary went above and beyond in helping us get exactly what we needed at a great price! Professional, organized, and a great place To visit when looking to beautify their landscape. Be sure to say Hi to Gary.... that is if he doesn’t find you first to say hi! ?

I rarely leave any reviews unless the service is outstanding and I highly recommend this place. Gary, the owner, is such a friendly, honest, knowledgeable guy and seems passionate about this place and what he’s doing. Great selection of plants. Between the front yard and back yard, our project was big. Gary made sure to help us every step of the way and get us exactly the plants we wanted even though it was a hassle on some of them. He follows up after each step we took during the process to make sure that his crew is getting the job done. Gustavo, the crew manger, is knowledgeable and most importantly patient knowing how picky I am lol ? Overall, my yard looks great. I’ll never go back to Home Depot or Lowe’s to get my plants. I’m a customer for life. Thank you Gary!!

Gary, Cindi, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond on a rainy Saturday to help us find plants for our home! We appreciated their expertise and help and can’t wait to return in a few weeks to purchase a Japanese Maple Tree from them. We highly recommend Arcadia Nursery!

Lone stars And Stripes Landscaping LOVES this nursery.Everyone that works here is beyond amazing and friendly. They have beautiful plants , trees, shrubs and all sorts of other plants . Their prices are great too. Come check them out and you will love them too.

Well priced, a huge selection and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff.Went to replace a few tree's that died in the freeze and was welcomed by all the staff we came across. Gary helped us select the tree's but spent 30 mins driving us around and showing us options and explaining the benefits and drawbacks for our situation. We selected Maple tree's. Nothing makes you feel better as a customer to feel like you are heard and understood with no pressure of an upsale. We will alawys be customers from now on.Thank you Gary and Cindy, you and your staff are amazing and with that huge of a selection we will definately be back.
