Very disappointed with my experience. When I went to check out, the cashier was too busy chatting with a coworker and seemed annoyed that she had to assist me. No greeting, no basic courtesy—just attitude. I’m not expecting five-star service, but respect and professionalism should be standard.

This is like my 4-5 time having to use the restroom here and there’s almost never any soap, hand sanitizer, or paper towels.
I hate having to go here for anything more than gas.
Even though this isn’t strictly a restaurant they do serve hot food so this is so completely unsanitary. I hope whatever health department like entity shuts this place down till they teach whoever is in charge of this place a lesson.

The night shift clerk Mr . Shawn .thank you for such a wonderful experience at your site, you was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had no plans of purchase as much stuff as I did in the store today, but you and your charismatic completely influenced me to purchase a lot groceries. I wish that we have more people as yourself working in these type of Industries. I hope that you make manager or something high in this industry.

If I could give negative stars I would because honestly this is the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. My boyfriend went into the store with my phone to redeem my stars. Once inside they told him he had to do it on the app so he placed a mobile. Well when picking up the mobile the cashier said I had to be the one to go inside. So I walk in and am told that I have to pay but i mentioned a mobile was placed and my points were used. The guy scans my app and says that I have no points and it’s just a whole back and forth because I told him that I used my points on the order. Then he states they don’t accept mobile orders which isn’t true because the app allowed me to place it and the address matches. Well then I had to call support and kept getting transferred between people. Luckily the third person I spoke to was nice enough to return my points to me on the app. You would think that’s where everything ends but as I was leaving and about to get in my car the cashier calls out back to me and I go back thinking he was going to apologize to me for everything but instead he called me back to harass me about the order even more. He says that I called the cops and I accused him of stealing money from me. Honestly he just kept fighting with me when I told him multiple times that support helped me already. The only way I was able to leave was ignoring him.

If you are in a hurry don’t waste ur time coming to this gas station. Gas pump is way to slow! It took me 15 minutes to get 10 gallons!

I was typing in my number when he clicked on. I told him that I don't think my number went in, And he tries to tell me it did which I know for a fact it didn't because I checked the 711 app. Then he acted like he had no Idea what I was talking about.
Garbage experience and I hope no one stops there again.

Debit card processed says Data Error for 45 dollars, clerk says run again now declined because they took my 45. Clerk says oh that happens it will be pending and back in 3 days. Talked with bank they say it was processed and settled that night. Nothing they can do I made the charge. Talked with store /manager, she says call 7/11 it is a glitch in their system sorry. 7/11 says call your bank nothing we can do. They know about the error and just steal your money. Filed with AG office waiting on them before I file small claim suit.

It’s been about 8months since I’ve been at the store. It has really gone downhill. The men’s restroom is absolutely filthy. piss all over the floor, toilet paper all floor. hasn’t been cleaned in days. It’s pretty obvious. If the restroom is that filthy, so is everything else specially, the food, the countertops they don’t clean.

I tried to buy an Amazon gift card and the Rude lady cashier of indian descent said that they were not checking out it seems that my presence bothered that lady this the first time that it happened hopefully this gets disciplinary action because of this employee probably I won't be back for a while it was much better last time with the other cashier of Ethiopian or African descent.
