Been to many Walgreens in my travels. Some are great others not so. Guess it all depends on location and age of store. This one looks fairly new, like lots of places in Rockport, TX rebuilt after the last big hurricane that slammed this quiet little gulf town. Wife always forgets something, so it is me off to Wallgreens to pick it up. The store was huge, clean, and the workers greeted me when I entered, something don't always get. Had everything we forgot and some on sale. Right by Rockport Beach. Probably why so nice.

Two separate times my doctor e-submitted my prescription. Second time was last Friday. Called in on Sunday to confirm and was told \\\"no record of it\\\". Then asking what did I need to do, was told to have the Doctor's call it in and they would write it down and fill it. Tuesday the nurse, spending a large part of the day repeatedly on the phone with Walgreens, tried to do that but was told the prescription had been filled and was \\\"in the outgoing box\\\" and that I had neglected to pick it up. The verbal submission was refused. I called Walgreens in the evening to confirm, and after being placed on hold for 45 minutes, was told again \\\"no record\\\". Look in the \\\"box\\\" ?... \\\"not there\\\" I was told. Incompetent computer and employees who offer false information. I don't trust them with my health and well-being. I suggest that you do not either.

Walgreens in Rockport, Tx … I don’t know what the problem is with the pharmacy at this location but every single time I need refills there seems to be an issue. I have excellent insurance , how hard could this be!? Very incompetent!!

Worst Walgreens ever! They've had 3 weeks to fill one prescription. They keep giving me excuses why it cant be filled. They didnt order enough...they need a code for their computer...they cant get ahold of my dr....its ONE prescription! And I suffer in the mean time. They dont care

I've shopped in this Walgreen's and used its pharmacy for over 20 years and I have always found its shelves to be well-stocked and its customer service associates to be polite and cordial.Yes, the wait at the pharmacy can take a few minutes more than I'd like to wait, but I don't think it's any longer than one would find at most pharmacies. What I appreciate is that when there is a challenge in getting hard-to-find meds, they've gone the extra mile to find them.It's also a convenient place to pick up a jug of milk, loaf of bread, even a bottle of wine when one doesn't feel like dealing with the crowds at the local HEB.Kate A.

The wait time for the pharmacy is unsat. Allyson is always apologetic but could someone in charge actually do something. Decided to write this after standing #2 in line for 15 mins behind a hacker who ends up getting Tamiflu.

A sunrise visit inside this store for the first time. I met Kristen. She helped me the perfumes I wanted to get on sale today, 20% off original prices. I had already looked online at Walgreens and knew the prices. I had also looked on Amazon and overstock.com to compare prices; their reviews turned me away. I drove to Walgreens and immediately noticed the marquee "20% off all perfumes." Lately, my days have been continuously blessed about things coming to me immediately. I am grateful now. Life is beautiful!! I went to my car with my goodies to smell them because they have no testers. I found that Giorgio Beverly Hills smelled of the original scent and strength. The Shalimar also was the original scent and strength. But the Anais Anais was original but less in certain top notes, potency was not there. So I bought additional Shalimar and Giorgio for the Spring and Summer of '19. I wore the Giorgio into the coffee shop. A gentleman noticed immediately and spoke to me. Perfumes are certainly an original gift from Jehovah God, and I am grateful now.

New laws in TX with narcotics. Could have explained in a nicer way for a first timer. Bordered on rude!!
