We spent 3 months jan to middle april 2023. From the 1st time we met Al & Robbin [ the owners] they welcomed us like old friends . The staff try really hard to make your stay very pleasant. The city park across the street gets visited by all species of birds ,mexican eagle ,hawks,and assortment of small birds and THE GENERAL a peacock that rules the roost. Our site was great ,the neighbours were friendly & helpful.Would we return during 2024? Dam right we will!! We travel 1780 miles one way to be there and it is worth it. You can walk every where to a great Mexican restaurant a BQ place or you can wonder downtown to a plethora of restaurants ,shops and the Rockport Art Gallery.Taylor Oaks hopefully will be our winter home for many years to come .

Just moved in but the location seems really good if you want to enjoy quiet walks around Rockport and to the water. Owners were extremely kind and helped me getting settled in to a nice shady spot and even backed in my tow for me!

Al & Robyn are the salt of the earth type of people that are very low key. We stayed there for 3 months ,quiet, functional ,friendly. Would I recommend this rv park ? YES ! Rosalyn & I enjoyed our stay and booked another 90 days for next winter 2024. I exercised every morning in the park across the street with all the birds and General the peacock[who left me alone].There were falcons and a plethora of many type of fowl. Side note : take time to talk to Al and his beautiful wife , they have done a lot in life and are very open in sharing. Nice people. Thanks Ivan & Rosalyn

This was the worst park we have ever stayed at. The owner was rude, sat on his deck and watched every move you made. When we arrived they put us on a site backing onto the laundry, washrooms and shower building even though there were about 8 other sites open. They told us they were spoken for but NOBODY ever came. Laundry was open 24/7 and people used it 24/7 like 130am 5am. Our bedroom slide backed onto it with about 3 feet to door. Not worth the money they charged.

Nice quiet rv park. There’s a peacock that lives across the street that wanders around. It’s only a few blocks from some fishing piers and a public beach only 1 mile away. Very friendly!

I don't think it deserves one star. if you have a broken down camper and need to fix it on your own pull it into the park because it looks like nothing more than a bunch of broken down campers
