Awesome park. This is a place where you can own a lot or rent. Most lots are beautifully landscaped. Very quiet with lots of oaks. On-site laundry and Wi-Fi.

The old lady that must run this place needs to chill out. Speed limit is 5mph? I was going a solid 7mph and she's yelling at me from the front porch. No pokestops in the area.
