“I’m going to give this small store a “5”! Diane listened to me and she and the team did everything they could for me so that leaving V was easy and joining T was too! The store was clean. The entire team joined in to the conversation whenever they weren’t with a customer. My husband even took a group picture of his new acquaintances. The only thing that would have been nice was a bench or seating. I’m in my 60s and spouse mid 70s. Switching carriers and getting a new phone takes almost as long as buying a car. A place to sit would have been nice! Sorry not smart enough to add the picture.”

“All 3 staff members in the Rockport location were so very helpful and nice. We switched from cricket yesterday because of shortages and rude staff. To walk in the att store and got greeted with a friendly staff member was the first thing and then they all.sat there with us and helped us get everything we needed to start the process and got everything set up for us”
