I requested a refill for medication I NEED at the beginning of the week. I did not hear anything from them about it being ready so I called Friday. Apparently something happened in the system or they forgot/missed it because they claimed I never requested the refill. Then today, Sunday, I’m finally contact it’s refilled. They close at 5 on Sundays but I was right down the road at 4:50, so I called to give them a heads up. The lady on the phone was so incredibly RUDE. I was telling her I was close to being there and I really needed the medication today. She just kept repeating “we will be closing at 5:00.” I get there at 4:56 and the window is close and they won’t answer the phone.
I have been trying to get my medicine all week, because I am out today. I try to call to be apologetic because I know it’s frustrating for people to come right at closing time and instead I get someone very rude and won’t even listen to the situation. AND they were closed up before 5..

Waited on prescription to be filled for 6 days. When I finally spoke to a very rude, short pharmacy rep to ask why isn't wasn't ready, I was told it was out of stock at the warehouse and I could transfer my prescription to Walgreens if I wanted. When I tried to ask when it might be available she cut me off and rudely replied "I don't know" I have been very disappointed with customer service here before, but I always chalked it up to they are just really busy, but come on. There is really no excuse for poor customer service. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Worst H-E-B pharmacy I've ever seen. We used the one in Portland and Kenedy Texas for a long time and had great service. My wife transferred her meds to the Rockport one when we moved there and it's been trouble every since with them. Slowest wait times. There's always at least 3 cars in the drive-thru and wait times are at least 20 minutes.There's some pharmacists there that seem to think it's okay to veto the doctors dosage for medicines and use their own dosage. Never had an issue till switching to this pharmacy. Doctor ordered wife to use every six hours, so 4 times a day and the wannabe doctors at the pharmacy changed it to 2 times a day so she has to make it last 2 months for a refill instead of a month like it's supposed to be or Medicare won't pay for it because the pharmacist decided they knew better than her doctor. She called the doctor and had it straightened out and then picked it up today and they changed it again. Hey, HEB pharmacists, stay in your lane!!

Good place, ample parking, clean, very attentive staff, wide assortment; They gave me the COVID-19 vaccine, the nurse was very attentive and careful, I will definitely return and I recommend it.
