This was my second experience at Bay Window and both by far had the worst customer service I have had in any shop/boutique in Rockport. The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because their clothing was cute but by far very overpriced! The employees there did not acknowledge my husband and I and basically turned their noses up on both occasions. No "how can I help you, hi/hello, are you looking for anything in particular?" This store obviously had a certain clientele that they PREFER to cater to, what a disappointment because last time I checked my money is just as green. Don't recommend this store due to the extreme poor customer service and the overpriced apparel they carry. Businesses make money on merchandise and the quality of attentiveness they give customers. Totally not a business I would support based on their houtie toutie attitudes!

Would have liked to have given a better review but my wife and I were not even greeted. No Hi or Hello... ? They do have some great looking clothing for men and women. Wish we could have bought some but not going to spend money at a place that won't greet you.

Just beware...it is a great store...but...their return policy i disagree with....no refund...u have 14 days to bring items back for store credit r exchg...u would think a store as good as this would have a better policy...

Love love love this shop. Anytime I come to rockport I make it a point to stop by this shop. I bought a cup from here and got my name put on 5 years ago and it's my favorite cup!!! The sticker lasted great all this years and through all the abuse I've put it through. They have so many neat and cute things. Love this shop! Went today and got a koozie with my name on it. Love the color!!!

This store may have adorable items but they have poor customer care. I walked in and the two girls in the front were on their phones and didn’t acknowledge me in any way. I was the only one in the small store. A third employee walked by and didn’t look at me. I went to the Children’s section in the back and there was a woman marking clothes who didn’t look at me. It felt awkward. As I left someone that they knew walked in and they greeted her with an enthusiastic “Hi!!”. My experience was very similar to the man with the tattoos in another review. As the saying goes, “It’s the little things”. A friendly “hello” goes a long way. The other shops in Rockport were - by far - friendlier and more welcoming.

It may be an adorable store but it's also unfriendly. I walked in - passed 2 employees who were on their phone, a 3rd who walked right by me and a 4th In the back who saw me and said nothing. I was the only customer in the store. As the saying goes, "it's the little things" that count. I thought when I walked by them again to leave that the front employees might say something they didn't acknowledge me in any way. They did greet someone they knew who walked in as I was leaving with a big "Hi!!"
