I can honestly say that the folks there treated me like a ROCKSTAR!
I am disabled, I use forearm crutches, and I wear full leg braces, so I walk like the villagers were chasing me with torches last night! Lol! (Remember those old Frankenstein Movies?)
With that said, when I pulled up, I saw an employee run to the door to open it! After he welcomed me to NAPA, the employee behind the counter said, 'Here you go Sir, I have a stool for you to sit down on!'
Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating! It was AMAZING!
I needed some windshield washer fluid, some oil, and an oil filter. An employee immediately grabbed my purchase and carried it out to my car for me!
When he saw me struggling to open my hood, he opened it for me! (I have arthritic hands that are starting to look like claws!) Lol! (Remember those old Wolfman movies?) Anyway.......
He then gently insisted on putting in my air filter, filling my oil and my windshield wiper fluid! I tried to tip him, and he refused it!
I said ''C'mon, you went way beyond the call of duty!''
He responded by saying that it was his job, and that he loves helping folks, regardless of their situation! What a great place!
I don't know much, but I do know that the world is a better place because God put people like those folks in it!

“Went in with a flat tire and a "donut" tire on my car. Debra said they would patch the tire & text me when it was ready to be placed back on the car. It was 100° in the shade, so glad to have that time to run a second errand & be back to have the tire put on and donut put back in its usual place in just a few minutes. Debra & mechanics are fast and efficient!”

“The best auto parts place in town. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that will usually have what you need or will do their best to get it. Recently I bought a small trickle/maintainer battery charger. After I couple of uses it stopped working and I no longer had the receipt or original box. It had been a few months but took it back in. With no hesitation they offered to exchange it. This is the type of place I like to do business.”
