They left my live feeder insects in my mailbox and killed all of them in the 100 degree heat. I don't suppose they want to leave me $30 dollars in my mailbox to replace what they ruined. I have animals that need to eat, and they ruined a major food source that takes over a week to replace. And, yes, the package was labeled as LIVE HARMLESS INSECTS. Be a bit more considerate.

Was waiting for packages to arrive. Postal worker showed up and handed me a notice showing they couldn’t be delivered. He said the packages were too heavy and he didn’t want to load them in case we weren’t here. I had to go to the post office and get the packages myself.

I have been interacting weekly with the US Post Office in Rockdale, TX since 2014 and my experiences with the staff there have been wonderful. Angela and all the staff have been highly professional, pleasant and competent and they have gone out of their way to offer assistance and I am very pleased that I could get all my needs met there. Besides the basics of stamps and post office boxes, I have been able to get packages sent and received both domestically; and internationally from Ireland and other European Union countries. I have even been able to get my passport updated through them. And the beautiful mural there by artist Maxwell B. Star called "Industry in Rockdale" is an added plus. Thank you Angela and everyone there. You're the best!
