Called up and try to buy a car they had for the price they were advertising. Tried to upsell me on an $800 detail, I said I didn't want it. They said it was not optional and they do it to every car on the lot. The car I was looking at clearly had not $800 of attention paid to it.

My AC went out this pass summer and I had it serviced here, trying to support locally and stay w/ the Chevrolet name. After they fixed my AC which we paid over 2 grand for, my blinker sound such as the clicking when the blinker is on or left on and the ding when someone doesn't have on their seat belt and other dinging no longer worked and the door for one of my compartments was also broke. I took it back, they said they didn't see why the blinker noise and seat belt dings were not working and "fixed" my compartment door which is still broken. The GM told me I could bring it back up there but once he told me all vehicles don't make those sounds (even though my baby has been making all those sounds since 2018 or as if I would randomly want them to fix something that was never there) I knew I would be passed over. Just know you may get one thing fixed but have several other things possibly destroyed in the process and left that way with you to blame. Needless to say I will NEVER bring my baby here again. But thanks for fixing my AC at least... I guess.

The first month I have it it has to be towed because electrical issues Then got hit at Scott and White. Then today I have a flat due to the tires being four ply and I told them at the time of purchase I had to have al least 8 ply. Nor very happy to replace the tires are going to cost me $1450

In the last week we have purchased a vehicle and received service on our existing Chevy. First thing we noticed was the friendly atmosphere, the salesman Steve was an absolute rockstar. While our paperwork was processing he introduced us to the service staff lead by Mandy. We came back for some emergency service and Mandy personally checked in on us and got us fixed same day. Excellent staff and excellent service

The staff was amazing from our sales guy, Brian, to our finance guy Zachary. The whole experience was easy and these guys were knowledgeable and super friendly. They went above and beyond to help with everything. I definitely recommend Alpha One!!!

Lee, Steven and Jason all went out of their way to make sure we were given the best care. We have never been in and out of purchasing a new vehicle. They all cared about exactly what we wanted. I cannot wait to do business with Alpha, because of the staff there!

I like the people at this dealership and bought my 2021 HD3500 from them. I am concerned; however, that I have made multiple trips for service without achieving resolution of my problems. This has lead me to begin to doubt the competency of their service staff.

Lee Jenkins was our salesperson. He did an absolutely fantastic job in ordering the truck I was wanting. He worked with me to get the financing I needed at the best rates available. Everything I was looking for in that truck was there, and more. Needless to say, this is exactly why me and my family have bought our last 7 vehicles there.I will definitely be back if I ever need another vehicle.

Bought a truck there last September. ABS sensor needed changed. They told me the part wouldn’t be in until January, here we are in July and I can’t get Jason White to even call me back. Jason call me and get this fixed please, I’ve already paid for it.Update: Lee reached out and explained the situation, I appreciate the communication and will update this review accordingly.

Always great service from the "get-go" to the "time to go." Special kudos to Miss Callie who was most friendly, courteous, and professional in getting my car serviced, tires rotated, filters changed out, and a general inspection done. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Alpha One!

My Wife and I purchased a used Tahoe for 32k as if that wasn’t enough for a vehicle with 120k miles we also purchased a motor & trans warranty for another 5k. After the first day we noticed a squealing sound from the engine only when we first started the vehicle and drove it for a little while. We took it back to the dealership in Rockdale where they changed one of the belts. We soon realized that the belt was not the problem. They then said the exhaust manifold had two upper bolts that had broke off causing an exhaust leak (cost later totaling $823.11). I was disappointed that they didn’t catch this during their initial vehicle inspection before selling us the SUV. They told us it would be covered under our extended warranty. Given that the warranty policy was so new (paper plates still on the vehicle) we had to wait for a warranty adjuster before they would pay for the repairs. This entire process took nearly two weeks and a 100 dollar deductible. In conclusion the dealership doesn’t do in depth inspection on used vehicles. They also will not fix anything that cost more than a motor belt, even if your car still has the paper plates. Always have a different party Machanic inspect before purchasing.Justin FosterTina Foster

Jason was awesome the whole way through! I hope to buy from Alpha One again in the future! I also sincerely appreciate the fact that I was able to purchase a C8 at msrp vs the price gouging that’s taking place at some dealerships. Consider me a loyal customer from here on out!
