Moving sometimes can be frustrating. Not getting your mail is even worse. Being told you technically have two ZIP codes is even more complicated. But as I’m getting the debacle straightened out, I’m thankful to have a mail carrier like Zeke on my team. He has gone beyond the call of duty then sure that I get all of my missing packages. I have never received such attention and communication from a mail carrier. He is the silver lining. Thank you.

I left something important (medically-related) at my Mom’s when visiting and asked her if she could mail it back to me and have the fastest delivery. I needed it by a certain day and she was told it would not arrive till after the day I needed it AFTER she had already paid. She told them she could’ve been notified it wouldn’t arrive on time before paying and he was rude in responding. I called a few minutes after and asked if we could retrieve the package so we can send another way and the girl on the phone did not sound like she wanted to help AT ALL. She made it sound like getting my money back was going to be such a huge problem and I told her I don’t care about the money and I just really needed my package and she ended up hanging up on me. The customer service here is completely lacking. The 2 staff members we dealt with were so rude & unprofessional. If you have to drive to a different location, I would say do it even if this place is closer. It’s worth going somewhere else where they actually care about their job and taking care of the customer.

More than once a thin older male front clerk/ postman has been so rude thats it’s beyond my understanding. I was nothing but kind but he just couldn’t admit his mistake and decided to be rude instead. I hope he changes his character. It was not my fault that he made a mistake.

They loose your mail and the man in the front says nothing can be done at all unless there is a tracking number. Stop usins USPS they are useless specially if you are runing a business.

This post office is so unprofessional I’ve had to go in and complain multiple times about me not receiving my mail and packages the issue never got fixed MICHAEL the head master from there to be exact was the unprofessional one and doesn’t know how to run that place and now has stopped my mail and is mad that he don’t know how to run that place

78380. Robstown TX. Not with a f***......rural delivery guys have sucked for years. Old guy retired. New guy breaks the flag off my box. Stops picking up the mail but will deliver it. Says he can't pick it up without a flag. Are you kidding me?!? Worthless as can be. Government eating our tax $$$.

Received a phone call from them that they are canceling my two children's passport appointment all because the passport person had arrived early and will leave before my appointment time which was at 1:45pm and to return the call! I have called several times and there was never an answer! This is beyond unprofessional!

I applied to get a passport three times and they cancelled on me twice and the third time I came and they all had attitudes. The lady that does the passports(Lorena)was so rude and im a minor but i only have my mom with me since my dad lives out of town but we didnt know we needed both parents and when I got there and they asked if my dad was there but, instead of helping me she was cutting us off and saying she doesnt have time to help when thats was literally my appointment time so the time she had was literally FOR me. There was this other man there that was no help either he was also very rude and they both did not care at all. The passport lady (lorena)says that the reason they cancelled on me twice before is because she cant be in that late of the day BUT THEN WHY IS THERE OPTIONS FOR A 3:00 APPOINTMENT IF YOU CANT MAKE IT. My mom had to take time off work for this just for them to be so rude and not try to help one bit. Were never coming back.

Horrible they will definitely lose your package.... and don’t even attempt to deliver. Or will place your packages in another mail box.
