Place is good to get parts but the answering service for part sucks gotta drive 30 miles cause they don't answer at the parts department just to find out they don't have the part san Antonio answer after a while

Warning for motorhome owners trying to get a Texas State inspection renewal. I called three days before attempting to get inspection. All was supposedly good with one inspector coming in at 0800 and a second at 1000. I arrived at 0830 and was told it would be 1200 before inspector came in. Service Manager advised one would come in at 0900 so we waited. When the inspector arrived he advised us that we had to get out of coach and let him drive it in what we deemed an unsafe manner. After he refused, his manager came out and informed us that he had just got his license and was probably being overly cautious. Unfortunately, the license is assigned to the individual and they could not force him to do inspection. This company had did prior year. Bottom line is we left without inspection and had to get at another station in Mercedes TX.THIS IS NOT the place to get inspection if you are in a motor home.

Avoid this dealer location truck went in for a transmission problem and took them 1 month to fix it now they have mess up my auto start stop feature now it is saying check battery charge sensor/ seek service which prior to the transmission problem I never had a problem with the auto start stop til after the shop touch this truck……..

THIS IS THE WORST WARRANTY AND REPAIR SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!!! We have had to return ALL of our vehicles for repairs after paying 10’s of thousands of dollars each time. When I say return I literally mean make a u turn to go back because all of the lights came back on after we got 10 minutes down the road.

Dropped the truck off, and explained the problem. Truck doesnt seem to be engaging overdrive. Had to call them numerous times, and they informed me the OBD was not working. Ok fine, but they never gave me a price quote to repair this item. I then reexplained the issue, and asked that they address my concern. Several days later, still no quote, no nothing, just a random text to my phone. Finally had enough and went and picked up the truck. They charged me a diagnostic without actually giving me a diagnostic. In the 2 weeks they had it they never bother to test drive it to replicate the issue. Overall very poor service, and I recommend trying elsewhere.

Came in with SCR system fault. Diagnosed & parts ordered within 2hrs. Stayed over night & they’re currently fixing the truck now. Parts arrived when they were supposed to, and they’ve begun repairs when they said they would. The office staff has been nothing but polite & have kept both myself and my boss updated throughout the process. Communication is key, and it’s clear that they value business here. Also, Very clean drivers lounge with very clean restrooms. Vending machines available with snacks & drinks.

Have most of the parts that you’re looking for have a late evening will call window. Sometimes a little slow at the service counter. But all in all a decent place to find truck parts.
