READ REVIEWS BEFORE SHOPPING HERE! Better yet, I would shop elsewhere.
UPDATE: it has been SIX MONTHS, I still have not received my new plates and registration which now I will have to pay out of pocket for even though I already paid Optimum for this to be taken care of. I have spoken to numerous people who assured me they would handle it immediately, including Cade Hall the manager.
This was the most miserable, painful experience and really took away from what should have been exciting for my husband and I. I wish I would have read reviews sooner because we had the same exact issues.
A couple weeks after purchasing our camper, service called and said they were waiting on parts (backed up) no big deal. When they call again and tell me it’s ready to come do a walk through, I arrived and THEY STARTED SHOWING ME THE WRONG TRAILER. So unorganized. But still reassured me that ours was ready. When I walk over to it, 3 cleaning people walk out. One would assume this was a good sign right? It would at least be clean.. NOPE. It was absolutely filthy. Shower floor was covered in mulch, floor wasn’t even mopped or vacuumed, fridge not wiped out, cabinets had rat poop. Honestly embarrassing.
Anyway.. proceed to walk through. Nothing was ready and nothing was fixed. They didn’t even have it hooked up to propane or water so I could ensure everything was working properly. Found multiple issues that I requested be resolved. Scheduled to come back. Service calls again to tell me it’s delayed.. waiting on another part. After later speaking with them, when I asked if it was ready to be picked up the response I got was “it should be.” How reassuring!!!!
My husband goes this time to do walk through, once again completely clueless. Not hooked up. Whatever at this point it’s been over a month. Also nothing was fixed that I had requested in the prior walk through.
We pull it home, realize that the AC doesn’t work (it worked when I checked it during the first walk through so not sure how this is even possible) and there’s multiple electrical issues. By the way, it still wasn’t cleaned AT ALL after our first walk through.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. We don’t even want to take it back to have them service because who knows if it would even get fixed or how long it would take.

We had a great experience with the dealership. Carlos our salesman was great. Manager was helpful. Finance was a quick process. Service went through and repaired what was needed on this used RV. Delivered when promised and delivery guy was helpful. Just a really good experience. After shopping for years, I’m glad we bought from Optimum RV Corpus Christi.
