Homemade tortillas and chich can't go wrong. Try a chich and egg Ala Mexicana! Or chich and bean.

I'm really digging the Barabaco meat...soooo good. Not so greasy (I mean it has some but not dripping ugly greasy!) This is now the only spot here in Robstown that sells it in pounds.... Yummy now I need to try the menudo... Next time... ?
