“I have to tell you it was really difficult walking in with my sleeping 4 year old but Adriana was immediately helpful! I told her it was my brothers birthday and she instantly became my personal shopper. She let me know all the shoes available in his size and even brought extra designs. Which I actually ended up picking instead. I will say though the blonde female was extremely tacky towards her for not making a bigger sale in front of me. I’m sure she was embarrassed because it was awkward for me. Extremely unprofessional I was carrying a 40lb kiddo and really was just trying to get in and out. “I ordered another pair of Siesta Mules which are great for plantar fascitid. I have bought Spenco products for a couple of decades! Never have I encountered a pair of shoes with the thick woven tag string sewn into the stitching of the inside lining, and in the worst place, the arch?? It took time, and great care not to cut or damage the stitching, holding the inside of the shoe together! Previously the tags were attached with a small safety pin. Easy to remove. I called customer service to report, but she didn't seem interested in feedback. I won't purchase anymore if this issue isn't remedied. Long time customer.”

2424 W Loop 340, Waco“I don't shop at Rack Room often and I try to avoid Central Texas Marketplace at all costs but I really have to give Regina a shout out.Long story:My SIL gave me a pair of shoes for Christmas, which she bought in NC (tax free shopping), mailed out in MA, AND shipped in the Nike box itself (didn't put the shoe box in another box and then ship that.) She also put the shoes in the wrong box (same style, wrong color and size). Well, the shoes didn't fit so my husband went to Rack Room on 12/30/23 to make an exchange. The store was packed because they were running a buy-one-get-one-50%-off deal. Regina was the first person to help us at the register. We explained the already confusing situation to her and she got started on the exchange right away. My SIL didn't send the right gift receipt (ugh) and the exchange was difficult because NC is tax free while TX is not (boooo) and Rack Room did not have my size in the same shoe. Regina got everything all squared away, was able to get the tax situation fixed, and get the new pair ordered to the store -all while handling other customers as well. She was super friendly, energetic, and polite the whole time. I'll admit I had been dreading going into the store for the exchange but my husband and left commenting on how well everything went.Update to 1/4/23: the shoes arrived but the wrong size shoe arrived in the right size box. My husband didn't realize until he had arrived home. He went back to Central Texas Marketplace to get everything sorted out again and who was there to help? Regina! He said she was super friendly again, got everything taken care of quickly, and we have a new order placed. Hopefully this time the correct shoe size is in the box. Thank you Regina for all of the help!”
“Plenty of inventory and competitive pricing. Salesman was helpful during the sale but was awful at close of sale. He was not that busy so have no clue why he was done with us. We bought boots, no box was brought to the front. We had other things on our list to buy, but decided we will shop at the Austin location. We waited in line for check out for at least 30 minutes.”
