“Great affordable community clinic! Have used the puppy and kitten package for both my pets! The staff are wonderful people who love animals! The only down side is the how far out you have to make an appointment, but this vet clinic shouldn't really be the one you go to for an emergency anyway! Overall would suggest them to anyone for basic care!”
“I love coming to this place because I get good quality products that I don't get in other places. Cleanliness and order of the place is always important, but too much synthetic fragrance gives me headaches. It would be good to use essential oils or something more natural that doesn't bother me when shopping more slowly. I always go quickly because I can't stand the penetrating smell. Also, synthetic fragrances usually have toxins that are hormone disruptors.”

“It was a little busy when I was here last (the Sunday {April 7th} before the big eclipse) but once I got into a pump and paid (cash at the kiosk) it was quick for me to get in and out. The attendant was friendly and quick to set my pump. As far as getting gas goes, it was a smooth experience and I enjoyed fueling up here.”

“I am a chef and shop their daily. The staff is friendly and store is clean even In construction! They have hard to find fresh herbs. Please add more dry spices by the pound. “I want to send good vibes to the man in the automotive department. I took my car to Dunn's Auto Repair for a/c problems and I noticed that morning my hood wouldn't close all the way. He told me my hood latch was jammed and needed to be replaced and/or lubed. After I left, the hood kept popping open when I was driving. I took it to Walmart automotive and the man said my hood latch was not jammed at all and in good condition. He said it was simply not shut hard enough. He even took the time to have me practice shutting the hood so I knew how much pressure to put on it. I wish I caught his name to be able to give him credit on here!”

“My trip to the CVS Store 820 S 5th St., Waco, TX was THE BEST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE I have encountered. Insurance issues had prevented me from obtaining much-needed prescriptions. Extremely frustrated, I sought help from the on-site pharmacist, O’NEILL, who spent a great deal of time investigating my plan and needs. Not only was he patient and pleasant, O’Neill walked me through several options to assist me in finding solutions for my medicine woes. Additionally, another pharmacist, AMOS, was available to help me with the required forms and administer my two vaccines. His pleasant and professional demeanor made the entire process easy and agreeable. Working the front of the store, KEEGAN witnessed my struggle to use Self-Checkout. He graciously and cheerfully took the time to teach me how to use this Checkout method without any embarrassment or sense of being a problem on my part. The store was clean, efficiently arranged and well-secured. Even though this particular CVS was a much further drive than I was accustomed to, my positive experience and interactions were well worth it!”

“I give them 5 stars plus. I have used Lynn's for years and have always found them more than helpful. I have a specific allergy to some ingredients in medications and they go out of their way to make sure I get the correct prescriptions and research new ones to make sure they do not contain those ingredients (they find alternatives if needed). My life depends on them helping me and I know one of the big box pharmacies would never do the same. I will always go out of my way to make sure they are the only pharmacy I use.”

“I get that everyone has good and bad experiences with any business but I have not had any issues with this pharmacy. The only complaint I have is they need to answer the phones more. I have learned through numerous calls that it's best to do it earlier in the day if possible. I have worked in Healthcare for years and a lot of people have no idea what all is entailed to get things through insurance. Also, Dr's don't always call in RXs when they say they will. Mistakes are made everywhere, we are all human. I never go to the drive through. I don't want my transaction for medicine done like a fast food restaurant. That's just my preference. I have always had nice, courteous employees. Maybe I will have a bad experience at some point but so far for 2 years I have yet to have one.”
