Grangers Auto Sales in Robinson, TX and on Franklin Avenue in Waco is the best. Josh Granger is a great guy and very willing to work with lots of people. I bought a car from Josh a bit back and working on doing a trade today. He's very reasonable and has great vehicles highly recommend this guy.

I have bought my last several vehicles here and I’ve had no issues with any of them. Prices are fair and the vehicles have been reliable for me. My husband has also bought his last 4 from here.

EDITING MY REVIEW SINCE GRANGER REPLIED. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO COMMUNICATE SINCE THEY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND REMOVED MY POST.My husband clarified that the check engine light came on THE DAY AFTER we purchased the truck. Where is the auction certificate that Josh said he would provide a copy of? What is exactly "GREAT" about a truck that has to have the entire transmission replaced? It's obvious the truck went from auction to Granger's lot without inspection. This lack of attention and misrepresentation is DISHONEST and says ALOT about the character of the people running Granger. Looks like I'm not the only person who thinks this based on other Google reviews.NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM GRANGER. We went to Granger to buy our 16 year old son his very first truck. Granger represented the truck to be “a great truck!” After barely a week, the check engine light came on. Not only was there a problem with the wiring but we also had to get the transmission replaced. Our trusted mechanic said the transmission was a botch job that included a wrong part. My husband communicated this to Granger but has been given nothing short of the run around. Something about an auction certificate that my husband requested but has yet to be provided to us. This is the most disappointing experience. You think you could trust a small town mom and pop dealership but that was not the case. PLEASE BEWARE!

Granger is a dishonest and untrustworthy auto dealer. We bought my 16 year old son's first truck from Josh. ONE day after we bought it, the check engine light came on. It was determined that there was a wiring issue and the truck needed a whole new transmission. Our local and trusted mechanic said the transmission was a botch job. It contained a part that wasn't even meant for the transmission. He described it as "Frankenstein". My husband attempted to communicate with Josh to see what could be done but was told the truck as Granger advertised as a "GREAT TRUCK" was sold "AS/IS". And supposedly there is a certificate from auction saying it was cleared but Josh has yet to provide that to my husband. Very disappointing. Doesn't seem you can trust even small town businesses anymore.

I have been holding off on writing this review for over 1 year. This is because I have been trying to decide if it is even worth dealing with these straight up awful people. Firstly the car they sold me was a lemon. They claimed it had no problems and was in good shape and within 2 weeks of ownership it turned out to have an electrical problem, a bad transmission when it got hot, no door locks, a faulty radio, terrible headlights, busted rear suspension, and so much more. They promised to fix many of these problems when I bought the truck and fixed some fairly well. HOWEVER, they neglected to fix several issues they promised to fix and CAUSED MORE PROBLEMS. I dropped the truck off and they somehow broke my breaks and wanted to charge me even more for a problem they caused. The breaks were fine and than they broke them while they had the truck and refused to let me take the truck without fixing them. Furthermore, the truck had a broken fuel gauge they neglected to fix. They covered half of the issues we agreed to have fixed when I purchased the vehicle but ignored several others such as the door locks. In addition to all this the truck had a bad electrical problem causing it to randomly die and stay dead that they never mentioned and when I asked for help to fix it they refused. I'm fairly confident they knew about the transmission problem as the owner mentioned "if you ever need a new trans or something we can help you get a good deal." These people are crooks and sell awful cars. Don't waste your time with them and certainly don't give them your money. Absolutely awful and I would give zero stars if possible. I also plan to report them to the BBB.

I wanted to express my gratitude to both Josh and Calvin. Josh is a man of his word and Calvin backs him up. Patty is extremely sweet and easy to carry a conversation with. Upon getting this truck I've been stressed out over my old truck breaking down on me Josh made it extremely easy to get into this truck. Not only his kindness and over beyond information he's also replacing the windshield and rear glass seal. I couldn't be more happier with these two in this business. Thank you Josh. Great people doing good business. Trustworthy, friendly and even though I know they are still trying to sell cars, they do what they can to get you where you need to be (as far as payments) and what you want to be in.

Excellent place to buy your next vehicle. The owner and his son are good folks. They have sold us several vehicles and we have had no issues with them. The prices were fair and the service is good. We will definitely recommend them.

Three stars for customer service skills. If you want a good car spend more money at this lot. Otherwise your looking at putting a little money into a car. Make sure you get your facts and be sure to make your payments. Because if you don't they will repossess the vehicle.
