Bad experience
I visited them 10:30 for tire puncture they told me to wait
And also they were closing at 12:00 noon bcz of Saturday
Around 11:30 they told me if you want to fix your tire we will charge you for service call that was 500 and plus other services
Gave me this card and told to talk with their boss

Leaky valve on our camper trailer was fixed in a jiffy, thanks to the knowledgeable and efficient technician Joe. We were on our way to the gulf coast, but thanks to excellently service, this wasn’t an unfortunate event :)

Their road service tireman is lazy and an idiot. Was only 2 minutes away in Pilots parking lot and he kept losing time driving around the parking lot avoiding my area. Finally left without servicing my truck. They are worthless.Ended up using the other guys. Much better tireman and better steer tires.

Had an airline leak and technician broke a harness for def system in process and cost me to have a tow out of shop and thousands of dollars later and 3 days in hotel. Incompetence and sloppy work at this place, would never recommend using them.Service: Brakes

I only come to this city once in a few years but am here for the night and wish I could say I was pleased with their service however their gas station clerk Sara has some disgusting behavior as she seems to love harassing her customers. So I get girls hat for one of my friends as a birthday present for her birthday tomorrow. And she said o this would look good on you. So I replied it's not for me it's for a friend and she said o don't lie to me it's for you I know it's and it will look good on you. No matter how many times I told her it wasn't for me she kept harassing me about it. Another customer came in and asked where the bathroom was and she said to him o we don't have a bathroom so go potty outside. Then he spotted it and even though he found the bathroom she once again said we don't have a bathroom you have to go outside to go potty.I think harassing customers is a spectator sport for Sara and I was not impressed nor appreciated her disgusting behavior. Usually at those kinds of gas stations you get the best customer service for a gas station but that wasn't even close to good service. That is disgusting. And I think she probably embarrasses company with that behavior. I don't think she should be fired for it however I do think that the store manager needs to have a serious serious talk with her about it and make her understand that kind of customer service isn't acceptable anywhere in any industry. [email protected]… and I'll be happy to give y'all more information from there.But again I don't appreciate that kind of customer service nor do I think she should be fired on the spot for it. But I do think the manager needs to have a serious serious talk with her about it immediately.

Places like this tend to have long wait if you get there early probably not too bad.They replaced my Alternator did a good job and got me right in (got there early). Got done in a reasonable amount of time.

I went in for steer axle rotation and there were no trucks in shop 4 to 5 guys in shop. Spoke with the guy behind the counter and asked him how much for the job he said $ 33.55 plus tax it took them like a hour and when I went inside to pay the guy doing the paperwork asked the guy sitting next to him 33.55 each he said yes so I paid 70 dollars for taking the left tire to right and right tire to left. No big deal but if you go in always clear how much it is going to cost youService: Tires
