Terrible customer service so let me break it down to help everyone in the future if you ever think about renting a unit here. First off they give no refunds no matter what. Which is understandable if you tell the customer this upfront. I was never told this, so I rented the unit and the next day turned out I didn’t need it and tried to request a refund. I get the manager and she’s like no refunds we tell all our customers before purchase, which again is ok if I’m told that before purchase. The lady who sold me the storage on the phone didn’t tell me no refunds. So when I called back I was furious and the manager is like all I can tell u is she should’ve told u and no refunds. And I’m like you should train your employees to disclose all necessary information before purchase. Secondly, the storage is in a very shady part of town and the camera don’t work most of time.so there is a big chance you will get robbed according to the past reviews, looks like it’s happened to a lot of people and I’m glad I found a better storage. So long story short, don’t rent storage from these guys unless u don’t value your items. And NO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT. I’ll say it since they won’t tell u

If I could give zero stars, I would. We stored our stuff here because it's indoors and there are tons of cameras and a security code. Turns out, it's the same security code they've had for years and the buttons are worn off so anyone can guess it. The cameras do not actually work, they have game cameras pointed at the front door and the back dock but no one actually reviews the footage. Our units had the locks cut off and our stuff was stolen. According the to the manager "Myra" this has never happened before but tons of people in Robinson have had their stuff stolen as well she just won't tell you that. I've asked for a copy of our signed contract every month for four months and still don't have anything. The roof leaks constantly. I told them about the ceiling falling in and leaking on everyone's units and sent them pictures and they have done nothing about it. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!! It will get stolen, or it will get ruined from water damage.

Poor customer service. Advertise 24/7 access, however that is not the case. Ever increasing unit rents.

Area is a bit out of the way, but it seems pretty good. Easy to enter and find unit. Not fancy and no need to be in an upscale area to store furniture, so it is a fine storage facility. Office is at another location, but not hard to find.
