“Received and shipped out packages from this post office and everything ran smoothly. They made sending and receiving easy. The people that work there have good customer service skills. I would give them 5 stars but I got charged for two packages once for prepaid labels based on weight using the Mercari app. I ended up paying about $14 when dropping them off (About $7 for each of them). When I had already paid for shipping and the weight did not exceed the weight already paid for. Also, the receipt they gave me was from the calculator results. The following day I dropped off some more packages and they said they didn’t have to charge me for the prepaid packages but I never got my money back. Anyways, I sent and received many more packages after that and didn’t run into any other issues:)”
