I was in there shopping and i have never been so disgusted by a manager. He was rude and yelled at a employee in front of several customers. He was not very professional! if this is the way Tractor Supply allows there managers to treat their employees i will NEVER return and give you my business! That was uncalled for.

Workers hide in the back and don’t want to help customers then when you do find someone they act like you’re inconveniencing them when asking them a question. I will NEVER return to this location!

The Southlake location shows that they are open until 8pm on Sundays and we walked in right at 7pm and a girl walked up to us and said “We close at 7 on Sundays.” We told her it says online they’re open until 8pm and because we drove 45 minutes from home to come here, we just needed to grab dog food real quick. The girl gave us attitude when checking us out and we apologized saying we thought they were open until 8 since it states that online and she said “Well we’ve always closed at 7 on Sundays.” She had a bad attitude and we won’t go back to this location. All of the staff seemed like they were trying to rush all of the customers out right at 7pm.

There sign says they close at 7 and google says 8. This needs to be fixed. Im giving a one star for the employees attitude.

Could not get assistance on simple weed killer. Waited 25 minutes to check out. Ultimately left $700 worth of merchandise in a cart and went to the feed store

Last Sunday 6/23/24 I resently moved was out of town. Came home and needed dog food. I quickly pulled up nearest lication in was Roanoke lication. I could make it before close if I hurried 18 minutes away. I pulled up still had 4 minutes. Went to the doir and it was locked. Tapped on it the lady just ignored me. Tapped again she walked over and pointed to hours on door. I said I understand but I still have for minutes. I need to grab dog food real fast. Woman looked at the other worker and he agreed I was correct on the time she huffed and she told me to run and hurry.. I’m 56 years old. I ran run but isn't that against all safety measures. As I was not even half way I heard a very loud sound behind me. Shr literally threw something or slam something down. You’ll have to check the cameras, but I guarantee that’s what she did. I could tell by the sound. I never am one to show up right before closing. This was an emergency food run. Extra dog had been eating from the bag I had, so it didn't last as long. Was gone came home and my dog wasn’t going to have food.
The way I was treated at this lication was horriable customer relations. One it was not 7 pm. I’m not sure if she’s was the manager, but she definitely was over the other guy because he’s the one that checked me out.. You can check video and I’m willing to bet you will see everything as I just stated. I usually use Bartonville, but recently moved. If this is the service this location has managing this location. I will find somewhere else to give my regular business to.
I’m sure this lady isn't the best suited person for muchless a lead person and most certainly not management. Clising any store as big as tractor supply is most likely a huge thing you should never do.
I tried to contact headquorters ended up contacting the wrong place. So hopefully the right person will see the way this lady acted last Sunday and deside if that's someone they think is deserving of any position. For the lady sorry if I caused you to be late to anything. That was not my intentions. You have an anger problem if me showing up 4 minutes before closing is something that causes you to act as you did. What an an embarrassment to you as well as to that location.

I love going to tractor supply and bringing my puppies with me. There are so many toys to choose from flea and tick medication there. Great so that you know dog food. It's a great place to shop if you have pets.

Carts and stock in the middle of the aisles. Going to buy 4 bags of lawn fertilizer they were left in the rain. They were hard as bricks. Store employee told me to go take a picture of the UPC so they could charge me. No thanks

If I could give zero stars, I would this is the closest tractor supply to me which is still 30 minute drive I called them to see if they have the dog food in stock the dog food that my dog can eat without a skin breaking out they put me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up then would not answer the phone for the rest of the day. I started calling them at 4 o’clock Last time they didn’t have the food needless to say even further to get my dog food

I called asking for Celtic salt. It would have been sold for horses. It shows that they have it when I look online so I called to see if they had any in store. I was on hold for 10 minutes while this guy went and looked to see if they had any. I ended up just hanging up so I can call back. For the last 40 minutes I've called over 20 times no one answered the phone. Finally when someone did answer the phone the guy seemed super irritated, and told me they don't keep it in store they keep it online which could have been a simple answer to my question.

I was on hold over 30 minutes & had to call back several times the person that answered every time was extremely rude & kept making excuses & kept putting me on hold even longer. I needed to check if an item was in stock before driving 45 minutes one way to the location. This was a whole other level.

Do not make a same day delivery! Day 3 of waiting and still nothing! You call and get excuse after excuse and still no delivery! Make sure you call tractor supply support to get your delivery fee back. 69.99 delivery fee for same day and it does not come.
*Update, it's the 23rd and still no delivery!!
