“Had a full bag evaluation with Isaac and had a fantastic experience. He adjusted lies and grips on my irons/putter to get my start line and strike in a better place without having to change much in my swing/stroke. He also made a suggestion on a driver shaft that felt much more stable for my speed. Overall great service and expertise from the entire staff. Would highly recommend to check out the shop for any of your golf club needs.”
“Andrew did a great job helping me and I found a good pair of shoes after trying several different shoes on and comparing them. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was told a month ago that there was a machine here that would measure my gait etc and there was not. Also, I have narrow feet and I can’t seem to find narrow shoes anymore. Not necessarily the shoe stores fault but a problem nonetheless.”

“Came in to get ideas on snow skis after shopping around online. Josh was very helpful and took the time to understand our ski level and style to make sure we were looking at the right products. It just so happend to be the same thing I was looking at online.Josh was very patient to explain boot fitting and how it should feel. I felt this was the right place for me with his level of knowledge and not just some kid working a seasonal job with minimal knowledge. “Our experience was amazing!!! My mom is in two full foot braces. We came to the store and they helped me and my mom for about a hour. They were kind understanding and went above and beyond. They even helped get my mom back into the car and assisted with my mom’s walker and wheelchair!!! Excellent customer service!!!! Chris and his entire team were great!!! “I made the trip up thinking in the back of my head that there was likely going to be slim pickings being right after the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection available, and honestly there were some really good deals going on! Columbia is high quality in the cold. I wanted to get my little girls heavier jackets and they had an entire rack priced at 29.99. I scored matching head bands and hats for their jackets at $10 and $12 plus found another matching set for myself that totaled out at $24. They had good prices with most women’s jackets between $60-$100 and the sweaters at 19.99 and 29.99. You’d have to get lucky at TJ Maxx or Marshalls to find those prices; and their clothing is extremely picked through. I wasted so much time scouring the mid cities looking for Columbia gear. Next time just head right to the outlet and get a much better variety and comparable/ cheaper pricing.”
“We are a baseball family with three boys that play a lot of baseball. We've been going to Star Sports for probably 10 years now for all of our custom needs: practice jerseys, helmet decals, sweatshirts, mom t-shirts, etc. Bethany and team always amaze me - even during the busy times (eg start of a new season) when demand is high, they do what they can to accommodate or are upfront if it will take more time. Appreciate all you guys do for KYA families!”

“First and foremost, I’d like to address the ‘line situation’: If you’re an avid Nike factory store shopper, you’d already know the lines come with the territory……….. it’s the price you pay for the discounts, could it be better? sure, but it is what it is. So for all of y’all crying, just go to a Nike Collective store or some footlocker, but then you’d probably complain about price……..
Now down to customer service: I’ve been to plenty Nike factory stores and the customer service here sets the bar. Went to get a last minute pair of Jumbo Blazers for my daughter (absolutely loves blazers) but it was the weekend before school so it was absolutely bananas (I didn’t cry nor complain as I was totally aware of the circumstances). Unfortunately we left with 2 right shoes and my daughter was disappointed…… I called to explain the situation and Ms Whitney was amazingly apologetic and understanding. Offered multiple solutions that was reasonable. I opted to wait and see if the customer with the matching left sides would contact them. Sure enough, couple days later, I got the call. I went back to hand them over to a Ms Janette and she was totally aware of the situation, verified my info and said she’d send me a correct pair once the other customer came in with the lefts. Purchased a couple more items and was helped by another awesome individual (forgot the young Asian man’s name). Great communication, incredible execution, and overall an amazing experience.
Update: As expected, received the correct shoes in a timely manner. Thanks Team Nike!”

“We found way too much! Shoes for my daughter, shoes for my wife, shoes for me. If you have a kid who is in a school that requires completely white shoes, they have a rather decent selection of all white shoes from Nike to Adidas to Saucony to (I think even Reebok?). Either way, definitely a really nice store. Definitely adds up fast... I paid more to them that month than I did to AT&T! However, prices are extremely decent. Could not have found any better deals on Amazon, and they have the shoes right there...”
“Came in here the other day to kill some time before my lash appointment around the corner. Walked in and was welcomed by two gentlemen walking by. Everything was arranged into name brand categories and one side was men's and the other was women's. Found an under armor quarter zip on sale that was a good price and really cute, as well as a new yeti tumbler for work. I shopped for a good 30 minutes before checking out. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful shopping experience. I'm sure I'll stop in before my next lash appointment.”

There wasn't anyone at the counter so I pressed the button to alert an associate. I don't know if I even got the young lady's name but she was extremely helpful, resourceful and nice. I believe she said she usually works in golf, I think I heard her say. I just want to make sure that the recognition is given to the correct associate.
