I usually enjoy coming here but if the employees are going to stand in front of the products you are trying to look at and make you feel like you are in their way, I won't want to come back. I felt like I was stared at trying to look for a color and not once was I asked if I needed help. I left to shop somewhere else.

I was disappointed by the lack of hair products for ethnic clients at this beauty supply store. Walking in, I expected to find aisles stocked with supplies for all types of hair needs, including essentials for African American and other textured hair. However, I found the store to mainly cater to Caucasian hair textures, with very few products aimed at women of color.The lack of diversity in product offerings is disappointing and makes the store feel exclusionary. All beauty supply stores should stock a wide range of hair products that caters to all different hair types and textures. Otherwise, certain groups feel left out and underserved.

The shelves were stocked. The cashier was nice but not as knowledgeable as she could be on hair color.

This is my second time doing 2 hour delievery with Sally’s and Im obsessed. The first time everything was perfect. Today, my second time, I ordered at 2:15 and recieved my order 45 minutes later! It had the cutest note on it with little flowers as well! My cat was also very pleased. hehe So so happy with Sally’s!

I had entered into Sally's with a list from their website so my experience didn't take as long as it normally does HA! I normally have no clue what the bottles/packaging looks like so I'm moseying around the aisles wasting time. The website is a great tool to browse beforehand.I found what I needed quickly with the exception of one product, to which the associate helped me find. I also had a question about the detangler I wanted for my kiddo and she answered it knowledgeable. She even gave me some pro tips on the hair color I chose.Thanks for your help, so glad to find everything in stock! I really didn't want to wait for shipping.

i went to this location and was looking for product recommendations. the store was a little busy, but when i tried to speak with the manager about different products, she was very short with me and even rolled her eyes a couple times when i didn't understand the difference between twoi have never seen a manager act this unprofessionally around a paying customer. will not be back to this location

Deceptive sales people. Most non-customer friendly return/exchange policy I’ve seen. My wife got taken for $100 pair of clippers and we were told after the rep called her GM that essentially there was nothing they could do and all sales are final. This purchase was a Christmas present. Do yourself a favor and just shop online, i.e. Amazon. Stores that sell at full retail and offer no customer service are going extinct, and I’m sure this one will follow suit.

This is probably the worst Sally’s I have ever been into!!! First I went yesterday waited over 45 mins and asked multiple times for help but instead the new manager kept helping customers that walked in. So I walked out and went to another Sally’s. Second the store is gross and half the swatches are missing, boxes are empty and things are ruined. So I got what I needed at another location (over 30 mins away) and then this morning decided to come back to get the color corrector I needed. First this Sally’s opens at ten and the doors were locked at 10:05 with no lights. Three customers waiting outside for the “manager” to show up. She finally does and has us all wait 10 mins outside so it’s 10:20 before she even opens the store. No big deal. I go in to get what I need a total that should be around $20 but as she’s ringing it up I notice the price it not what’s listed. Over a $3 difference on multiple items. Bring my total to over $40. I show her and her response!? “I’m new the stores a mess” I’m literally baffled that this is acceptable. The price difference isn’t a big deal for me but could be for some and the “new manager” is just horrible!
